There are three oceanfront ensuite bedrooms, one with a king bed and huge bath with whirlpool tub, shower, double sinks. The other two en-suites have queen beds, and all three have deck access. There is a bunk room with two twins over full and a fifth bedroom with a queen and a single bed. These two bedrooms are served by a hall bath. Enjoy the special touches and turtle theme throughout the home.

The top floor great room features a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new refrigerator, large island with prep sink and double oven to make meal preparation a breeze. New for 2024, is a complete set of stainless-steel cookware. The kitchen is well equipped - everything you need from a garlic press to a shrimp peeler are provided. The dining room table seats twelve, three can sit at the island and the poker/ bumper pool table seats four. The great room also has a powder bath, wet bar, smart TV, and wall unit with books and games. The garages have an extra refrigerator, ping pong table and grill.

For 2024 all the decks have been renovated with a composite material that doesn’t splinter or get hot. Use the elevator to easily bring up your bags and groceries. Then relax on the deck or beach. If you’re lucky you’ll see dolphins playing in the surf. Later, take a soak in the spa on the top deck and revel in the view. Make great memories with family and friends at Ronny Bahama!

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.

FOR LATE ARRIVAL CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE (910-327-7711) BEFORE NOON ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY TO RECEIVE AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FORWARD A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID (NAME MATCHING THE RESERVATION) TO THE OFFICE.
