Great stay!

Great location and beautiful beach. There were no toiletries provided, so bring your own. Kitchen very well stocked. All beach items provided. Would visit again!

Perfect shore apartment

This was perfect for our family of four. Regina and Jim were very nice and responsive. The description is very accurate. Super clean and cheerful, with everything included you would need for beach. Badges, nice chairs and umbrellas and across the street from wide sand. With parking. We had a great relaxing time.

Excellent stay!!!

The place is very clean, comfortable and is located a few yards from the boardwalk. The owner is very pleasant to work with and the place has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Regina was awesome and everything was perfect. The house is gorgeous and I can’t complain about a single thing Every time I contacted her , she responded immediately Upon check in ...amazing Beds were so comfortable and slept like a baby. Coming next year !!!

An amazing property that is well kept and steps away from the shore.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The location cannot beat! Anyone looking for a place very close to the shore, should look no further. You are quite literally, steps away. The house itself is very nice and well maintained. There is off street parking, a front porch for outdoor dining, and a nice back area with a grill and shower. This is ideal for a family of 4 with the two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a very comfortable mattress (king or queen) and a hanging TV, there is plenty of closet space and a good sized dresser. The second bedroom has two twin beds and lots of room. We loved the recently remodeled kitchen and took full advantage of it. Everything we needed to cook and serve was available. All of the appliances were clean and worked very well. There was also a brand new coffee maker! The washer/dryer was also new and worked perfectly. The living room is spacious and comfortable. We had just about every channel available to us through the satellite. Anyone looking to get some work done in your down time will have VERY fast internet access. We had no issue streaming online content at all. Overall, the house is great. It is obvious that the owners care very much about the property and those that rent it out. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We didn't experience any issue during our time here and when we did contact the owners, they were always incredibly helpful and very nice. All the information we needed for our stay was available to us prior to our arrival and also printed out in the house. Everything was made clear and it was all easy to follow. In addition to being able to walk to the shore, you can also walk to the town very easily. It's about a half mile to all the locations including restaurants, bars, and the train station. This is the perfect place for a beach vacation. We had a fantastic experience and we cannot wait to get back to this house.

Owner is very responsive and takes great care in providing a lovely home. Fabulous location just steps away from the beach/boardwalk and so close to many great restaurants. We loved it!

A Truly Great Find

My experience in this unit in Bradley Beach was in one word "AMAZING". The landlord was very responsive as I booked last minute and had a ton of questions. The landlord even contacted me mid-week to make sure everything was in order and that I didn't have any questions or need anything further. Everything was in the house that was needed (beach chairs, beach umbrellas, towels, beach towels, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, etc.). I truly did not need to bring anything other than my personal belongings. The location was fantastic! One house from the ocean, one step away from miniature golf and a short walk to Belmar in one direction and Asbury Park in the other direction. All in all - a great find!!!!!!

Everything at your front door

The space was the perfect size for a family of four. The kitchen had everything you need and was newly renovated. The decor was lovely and the rooms were large. We loved having breakfast on the front porch and could see the water and people walking on the boardwalk. We used our car to go to dinner, but you really didn't need to. We walked to Ocean Grove and Avon By the Sea each day. The beach is clean and wide and there are many refreshment stands within 2 blocks on the boardwalk. The beach chairs, umbrellas and towels made the packing so much lighter. Everything was the highest of quality.

great weekend get away!

Owners really took care of us! The place was set up hassle free with a lock box to access the keys and the house was extremely clean. We were provided plenty of towels and extra linens if needed. The location is right next to Bradley beach, and you are provided 4 beach badges. You can see the ocean from the house and take part in all the activities going on. One huge upside to the house is the spacious parking in the back and down the drive way (finding parking on the street was hard during the day). Also they provide you with a back deck and grill which is perfect for after the beach to relax. There is also a shower to get sand off before going into the house. This was a great stay and definitely will come back. I recommend this for anyone looking for a house near the beach with a stress free atmosphere.
