Jamboree weekend

Excellent property! Convenient location for July 4th/Jamboree weekend. Well equipped with everything we needed for four adults & plenty of space. Beautiful sunset views from the balcony.

Too hot in master and main level.

We had the unit set to 73 upstairs and downstairs but the cooling stayed on 75 downstairs. The master was too hot for me to sleep comfortably, so I slept upstairs. The layout and interior style was amazing! We loved the kitchen and master bath.

Mommy get away

We enjoyed getting away for the weekend and taking it easy at this rental. It was very clean and beautiful view to relax drinking coffee/wine. Just what a few busy moms needed!

Weekend Relax

Fall weekend was perfect, weather and view from deck. There was a review about maps not taking you to condo but I went directly to it. Check in was easy, easy. Then I went into a fabulous condo. Beautiful kitchen, comfortable sofa with great views. The deck was a perfect place to enjoy coffee and the view of the changing leaves and Center Hill lake. I slept like a baby on the extremely comfortable bed. There is only a Keurig, no multi-cup coffee maker but I just brought some Keurig cups. The contact person was very helpful. I can’t think of anything negative about this listing. I will be returning.

Beautiful home!

We wanted to stay close to the marina to fish and go for a bite to eat. The house is beautiful! We spoke with the home owner when we had questions and she was very helpful! Love the master bath ;) The home had everything we needed. The parking is tricky if you have a large vehicle or there are other renters staying in the same building. We stayed in Sept. so we were the only ones which was completely quiet and peaceful. But if staying during the busy times definitely drive a small car/truck. We can't wait to go back again!!

Beautiful and well positioned.

We were looking for a get away weekend and the proximity of this condo to Hurricane marina was perfect for us. We were minutes away from our boat rental and the space was great. 2 small complaints. Nothing to run dishwasher with and no multi cup coffee pot.

Lake View Condo

The property was beautifully decorated. Outside could use some TLC with new cushions and a new table. But it was all usable. The two parking places assigned to the unit were enough for us. We were lucky, the other units were empty until the day before we left If all of the units were full, it would be a hard parking lot to navigate. A couple of issues: (1) We killed several large black ants inside. An exterminator will take care of this issue for future rentals. (2) There was no soap or towel in the powder room. (3) The master shower had no soap inside the shower. We had to look under the sink for some to use.. (4) The instructions said to deposit trash in the can outside by the garage - there was no can and no garage.

We were in the area for a family wedding. The condo worked out great for our family. I read an earlier review about the limited number of k-cups for coffee and brought some. I'm glad that I did because there weren't any k-cups. For coffee drinkers, a heads up on the type of coffee maker and the amount of coffee provided is helpful because there aren't stores close.

Lovely Fall Break Trip

Here is my rambling review……. Place was open and clean. Lots of dishes, glasses and kitchen materials. No regular coffee maker! Had to go to store for the K-pods. So many TVs remotes though! I think we counted 7… maybe more. My husband Had some issues figuring out tv. I have No complaints! Bed was comfy and towels were soft and there were plenty. No games or books but plenty of soap and toilet tissue. Lovely views and very quiet. Stars at night were amazing. Loved sitting on back deck.

Weekend Getaway

The condo was beautiful both with amenities as well as with scenic views. The layout and decor was very welcoming and the lake views from the balcony were relaxing and breath taking. We spent over an hour each morning just enjoying the view over coffee. Wonderful stay! Thank you, Dora!

Nice! Few small things ....

The property itself was impeccable. Exactly as pictured. Within minutes of Hurricane Marina and JBeez Marina and about 15-20 from the Smithville grocery store. Had a regular coffee maker and a Kurig. View of the lake and sunset was amazing!! You’re out in the middle of nowhere so there is no food/pizza delivery, so plan accordingly. A few minor complaints: to note, however: 1. There was no property guide either on premises or on the listing itself. I always find these to be helpful so it was a shame nothing was provided. TV was a bit challenging to figure out but we eventually did. 2. As there was no property guide, we didn’t have WiFi instructions. I emailed the property manager, who didn’t get back to us until the next morning. I’m not sure if WiFi was mean to be included, as it was not on our check instructions either, but the property manager graciously gave us the login and password. 3 check in instructions could have been more crisp. Indicated as Unit A but there was no Unit A Referenced a lockbox, which would normally be on the door itself but it was on the lower part of the railing ... blended in and was easy to miss. Had to call property manager for assistance. Also ... note that maps does NOT take you to the right address, which was also one of our issues. We used Waze, Google and Apple Maps and none for us to the right place. I feel as though this should be included in the check in instructions as well. 4. Master bed had no sheets. Upstairs bath had no shampoo/bath soap provided as the master did. Probably both housecleaning oversights. All in all a great stay on short notice.

Overall a nice stay

The unit was quiet for being a condo (4 units per building). Nice view. No grill or Wi-Fi. Convenient to interstate and marina. Clean place with an easy check in process. Direct TV wasn't working but we were able to watch the opening football game at the marina. Overall a nice stay.

Spectacular Condo on Center Hill Lake!

This Silver Point Condo with a view of Center Hill Lake was fabulous. It was decorated beautifully and comfortable for 4 women and quiet and we didn't want to leave. I highly recommend it!
