There is a 2 bedroom guest house with two separate queen bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with their own ensuite full bathroom and a shared small living room.

There is a pool house, listed here as Bedroom 4, that has a queen bed, patio and private full bathroom.

This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties. Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 8 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 am. Pets are not allowed. The pool is heated Memorial Day through September. Note that the pool is not fenced or covered.
