Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom top floor (stair access only) with loft condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. 

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Beautiful home in great location

Property was well stocked with household items and conveniences for a long weekend stay. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Great location where we could use the house as a home base to hikes in blue ridge parkway, Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk.

No complaints! One of our BEST family vacations!

The place was clean and beautiful! We were able to rest and relax. The weather was amazing during our stay. Echota has a lot to offer. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and parks. We had the best week!

Comfy Condo in the Mountains

The back deck was our favorite place to hang out. The view of the mountains was stunning and peaceful. The inside of the condo was well appointed. We would definitely return.

Tweetsie railroad weekend trip with kiddos

This property is in a fabulous location. We were about 15 minutes from Tweetie in about 15 minutes from grandfather Mountain. The house is clean there’s plenty of amenities pots pans, etc. the indoor pool is great for a little kids as it is heated. Highly recommend Rental .

We had an issue with the water. They offered to give us another place or refund 50%. Very quick to respond.

Condo was absolutely amazing! Location was fantastic and easy to get to. So close to Banner Elk and Boone and everything we wanted to see and do! Clean, cute, and had everything we could've needed! Would highly recommend! And will definitely stay again!

Nice place, but dirty kitchen

The place was good. Very clean and comfortable. However, basic aminities like salt, sugar, coffee were not available. The dishes, glasses and bowls were dirty. We had to wash everything before using. I may not visit again. There are lot of other options with better service and way cheaper.

Everything you need and close to Boone and Banner Elk

Very clean, kitchen was well stocked with cooking items such as bowls, pots, pans and a coffee maker. Great view off the deck. Quiet location but there are people around so we’ll insulated from any noise. Pool was a short drive. Cozy with the fireplace and easy to keep warm.

Nice spot for summer getaway

The listing info is quite accurate and pictures give a good indication of the property's attributes. Had a 2nd couple as guests for 3 of our 9 days and there was never any sense of overcrowding. Clean and comfortable. The stairs could be problematic for anyone with mobility issues.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

I was so lucky to spend 5 weeks in this wonderful unit. I was working in Boone for about a month and my family was able to join me for a good portion of that time. The condo was wonderful with amazing views, comfortable accommodations and a well supplied kitchen. Echota is a great property with a nice pool and lodge and after visiting another condo there during my stay, THIS is the one to rent. Should I go to Boone again for an extended stay, this will be my choice!
