Butterfly Kisses offers the perfect family vacation getaway. Our home is located in the gated, gulf-front village of Carillon Beach, boasting nearly a mile of uncrowded, peaceful beach on the "Emerald Coast". Butterfly Kisses is a three-minute walk to Carillon's private beach and a one-minute walk to one of three pools, tennis courts, a park with a playground, and Carillon Beach Village restaurants.

Carillon Beach is five minutes to Rosemary Beach, 10 minutes to Pier Park, 20 minutes to Seaside, and 25 minutes to Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. Excellent restaurants offer fine and casual dining, as well as coffee shops and boutiques, in all directions. Additionally, there are a dozen nearby golf courses and the 18-mile Timpoochee Bike Trail.

Family Fun

This home was perfect for our family trip! Having two main suites on each floor was very helpful! The location was wonderful…short walk to the beach and very close to the shops and pool/playground.

Annual Family Beach Trip

We’ve been coming to Carillon for years and have been in several different houses. This one is definitely everyone’s favorite. Floor plan was perfect for us, beautifully decorated and equipped. We will return to this house for sure.

Another wonderful vacation in carillon beach

Our family has been staying in this neighborhood for years now and have always had a wonderful time! This house was beautiful with comfortable beds, plenty of seating in living room/kitchen, and the added bonus of beach towels and lounge chairs at the beach.

Better than the photos

The house was perfect and fantastic location. Have previously stayed on other 30A properties and Carillon Beach was much nicer. Beach was convenient as were other amenities such as pickleball pools play areas. Hope to come back.

Great Family Vacation Spot & Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home just steps from the pools and many beach walkovers. Our blended family of 7 adults and 1 baby had plenty of room and the home was equipped with all our needs - from beach towels and a beach cart, to spices, tons of dishes and bathroom essentials. We will definitely be back - and the Carillon neighborhood and location is our favorite yet!!

Christmas at the beach

Our family of four just spent a week at Butterfly Kisses for Christmas. The house is beautiful and was decorated with a Christmas tree for the holidays. We enjoyed the outdoor living by eating outdoors on the nice large front porch and sitting out back around a nice water feature.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

This was our first time staying in Butterfly Kisses, but we have been vacationing in Carillon for years! The house has been recently updated and is very well appointed. The owners are great and responded very quickly to our rental request, as well as throughout the booking process and during our stay. We will definitely consider this property for our next Carillon trip.

What a great house. We really enjoyed everything about this place. Beautiful front porches to sit outside on and enjoy your surroundings and a great location. Idyllic!

What a beautiful, clean, relaxing home. The neighborhood was great for staying close and just unwinding. The house is stocked with everything you could want! We enjoyed grilling and then eating as a family on one of the many outdoor tables. Only 5 min from the bustling area but a perfect respite!! Can’t wait to go back.

A little piece of paradise!

The house was so lovely and well-stocked. We didn’t lack for anything. We rented golf carts, but the house is a 2 min walk to the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for the 12 of us and the kids loved the beach toys, chairs and boogie boards provided!

Wonderful house in a beautiful community!

Butterfly Kisses was a great house tucked into a beautiful community. We loved that the house had plenty of room for our party of 10, a fully stocked kitchen, safety gates for the stairs, quick walk to the beach, gated community, pool is relaxing and closeby, lots of walking paths, and the driving distance to 30A and Pier Park isn’t far! Thanks to Tim and Lisa for being great to work with and sharing your home with our family to create memories!

Multigenerational family trip

Can’t say enough about this awesome house in the most beautiful part of Carillon. The owners are even kind and accommodating enough to make available beach supplies and toys including the wagon to get them there! The house is gorgeous and beautifully appointed. I wish I could give it 6 stars. PS. Our grandson loved the bunk area claiming it as his hideout!!!

Awesome house to rent at our favorite beach neighborhood!

We have rented many homes and owned one home at Carillon. Butterfly Kisses is now one of our favorites! Very family friendly and spacious, well equipped kitchen and house amnenities made it easy to settle in for the week. Great porches to enjoy your morning coffee and lunch or dinner. Outdoor shower and beach toys and chairs make a short stroll to the beach easy and convenient. Close proximity to the pools is also a plus. We will definitely rent again!

Wonderful week at the Beach

Butterfly Kisses was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The location to the promenade and pool is fabulous. The walk to the beach is short, however, if you have older members or are carrying a lot of things to the beach, there are a lot of stairs on each side of walk over #3 but well worth the haul once you sit down in front of the breath taking ocean and sink your toes in the white sand. Butterfly Kisses get all the 💜💙❤️💚🧡

Birthday party

This property is ideal for families. We celebrated an 80th birthday. Family members were 3 mos to 80. The location was an easy walk to the beach, pool or village. Having the umbrellas was a delightful plus. The box of beach toys was enjoyed by the children. The kitchen is very well stocked. The owners are a pleasure to work with .

Wedding weekend!

The family of the groom stayed at Butterfly kisses! The place is fabulous. Wonderful space for all to enjoy. The groom enjoyed his master suite and plenty of room for the all of the siblings and the the 2nd floor master for the parents of the groom. We hosted the brides family for a gathering night and then a bridal brunch before heading out for rehearsal dinner. Then fun activities, tennis and beach pre wedding on Sat. So fun to walk the promenade to the brides rental and venue for the wedding at Captains quarters! Seriously perfect!

In the heart of Carillon

This house is fully stocked with kitchen items, towels, books, games and pillows. The outdoor table for dining on the front porch was great! Beds were comfortable and having 2 king bed masters (one on the main floor and one on the 2nd floor) was perfect for our group. The kitchen cabinets are being completed now and I’m guessing the hardwood floors will be sanded and refinished after they’re done. This house is heart of Carillon - walking distance for young kids to go to the park, pool, bell tower and beach. This house is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Butterfly Kisses was Amazing !!!

This home was absolutely amazing. We have stayed at Carillon several times and so far this home has been our favorite. They have an abundance of supplies from pots and pans to seasonings. Anything that you can think if they have. We came right after Christmas for my mothers 70th birthday and the Christmas tree was still up. This was lovely and a pleasant surprise. The walk to the beach is about 3 minutes. Everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend.
