We cannot say enough good things about our stay at beautiful Carillon Beach - over the top in every respect. The home (impeccable), the amenities (outstanding)...incl high-end pickleball courts and heated pool, the community itself (amazing!!) gated, secure, stunning homes, welcoming residents, and the beach (you have to see it to believe it), and the best hosts you could ask for, sincere thanks to Melanie, Chuck, and Mitch for making our visit so enjoyable and memorable. Much appreciated.

Then condo is amazing. Loved this condo. We Loved every moment of our stay. Updated and very clean. Beds very comfortable and kitchen very well stocked. Had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Loved the balcony for coffee and sunrise and then drinks after dinner for sunsets. Carillon is truly a hidden gem. This condo is the best we have ever stayed in Carillon.

We absolutely loved our stay at this stunning Carillon condo! The location could not have been better ā€” everything was so walkable and convenient. We were just steps from the beach, the pools, and the little shops and restaurants, which made it so easy to relax and enjoy our time without ever having to get in the car.The condo itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It felt fresh and clean the moment we walked in, and it was stocked with absolutely everything we could need ā€” from beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels to a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials. Itā€™s clear the owners have thought of every detail to make guests feel at home.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and perfectly located spot in Carillon Beach! My husband and I stayed in this condo for four nights. Carillon is one of our favorite places to vacation, but this was our first time staying in this condo. It was everything we expected it to be based on the listing. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was even a slight view of the ocean, which we were not expecting! We really enjoyed our stay, and we have plans to return again!

This was the most perfect place to stay for a beach vacation!! I have stayed in this condo with a few friends and I loved it so much I booked again to stay with my husband!! The condo was so clean upon arrival and they even provided things such as laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, and shampoo and conditioner! The kitchen appliances were perfect and we had so much fun!! Will most definitely be staying here again!

We loved the location and the beautiful decor. It was a simple walk to the beach surrounded by 1,000,000 homes and we had easy access to places we wanted to go. We hope to stay again.

10/10 Pirate Song feels like home, we enjoyed our stay here so much. Walking to the beach was a breeze, and we enjoyed being so close to live music and the yummy pizza downstairs. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect Location for Quiet Enjoyment

We took a quick trip to the beach on our way to another destination. The condo was as pictured. It was clean and nicely decorated. Communication with the host for check-in was very easy. We are a family of five with two teens and a ten year old. The space was cozy for the 3 nights we were there. For a longer trip, I would probably stay at their sister property with 2 bedrooms. The welcome information was appreciated. This was our first time to Carillon Beach. We enjoyed the private beach access with less crowding. We were happy a wagon with chairs and umbrellas were available for our use. The beach access was not a far walk for us and we loved walking around the beautiful neighborhood to get to the beach. We didnā€™t see where there was a gate on the ground we could have entered so had to carry the wagon with beach gear up the steps to the gate access (not a big deal but may be an inconvenience to some). We enjoyed the pickleball and basketball courts in the evenings. My girls and I enjoyed stopping at the Salty Bottle & Brew coffee shop every morning. Overall, an enjoyable stay in a great location.

We have visited Carillon for many years. This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in to date. The owners thought of everything. Anything I needed was tucked away including a few extras. The owners were quick to reply when I had a question and helped me with anything I needed. We are already planning to return soon. Thank you for such a perfect getaway in paradise!

We loved our stay at Pirate Song. This is our families third time coming to Carillon Beach and Pirate Song has been our favorite place to stay. Beautiful place! We loved sitting on the patio, listening to music. Great location, an easy walk to the beach and to the pools. We would stay here again!

Beach Getaway

My husband and I love staying at Carillon Beach and our stay at Pirate Song was great! It was nice being so close to all the shops/restaurants and the walk to the beach was very easy. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Cute & clean condo

The condo is very clean, comfortable king sized bed & the queen pullout was the most comfortable pullout mattress weā€™ve ever slept on. The kitchen was well stocked with all needed cookware. The patio is nice sized. The only thing that I wasnā€™t able to use was the grill on the patio, itā€™s an older electric George Foreman and was fairly dirty as it looks like it hadnā€™t been used in some time, which worked out ok since I had a full stove inside. Very easy walk to the beach. Would highly recommend.
