- Entry level includes parking space for 2 vehicles and 2 more parking spaces are located at the street level at the bottom of the property.

This is a holiday home for family groups and friends, absolutely no groups under 25 years. A security deposit $1000 is applicable to all bookings. Extra charges for cleaning will be incurred if the property is left in an untidy and / or excessively unclean condition. No pets and no smoking.

It is very important that you do NOT annoy any of our neighbors or other home owners in Copacabana, AT ANY TIME. This includes excessive noise while sitting on the deck, day or night. Noise sensors are installed at the property.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for cleaning etc. We accommodate guests up to 8 people, but stress this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Any disturbance whatsoever to our neighbors, including excessive noise (which includes loud music, raised voices, car engines and foul language), is prohibited and can result in immediate termination of rental, forfeiture of all payments and loss of entire bond. If you are sitting outside we ask that you come inside by 10pm to minimise neighborhood disturbance.

Also, from 18th December 2020, if you (or any guests in your group) are listed on the new NSW Fair Trading EXCLUSIONS REGISTER as a result of any offences of damage or noise during your stay, then under section 54C of the Act, you / they may be excluded from any further short-term rental accommodation arrangements with any other host for FIVE YEARS.

LOCATION:
One hour and 20 minutes from Sydney CBD, 10 minutes from Terrigal and 20 minutes from Woy Woy, the picturesque village of Copacabana is nestled between Avoca and Mac Masters beaches. This unspoiled location captures a great holiday atmosphere with its wonderful surf beach, Cochrane lagoon, sheltered rock pool and natural surroundings. Swimming, surfing, beach fishing, snorkeling or just strolling the beach are just some of the pastimes to enjoy.
WHALE WATCHING
A 15 min walk to the top of Copa headland will have a whale watching platform and Captain Cook’s Lookout with a great view along the coast. Whale watching during the migratory period (June to September) and dolphins all year round may be seen in the bay between Copacabana and Mac Masters Beach.
SURFING
Surfers Copa is renowned for having one of the best point breaks on the east coast. See keen surfers during early morning at the famous Copa point. Swimming is patrolled at both Copa and Macs.
WALKING
Walking the beach in the early morning or late afternoon provides a level walk with spectacular ocean views for which Copacabana is famous. Keep following the beach around to the south and you will come to the lagoon where both fishing and kayaking will help you enjoy your day. Bouddhi National Park is only minutes away and offers bushwalking and wildlife for nature enthusiasts. Mt. Penang Parklands at Kariong has beautiful gardens, restaurants, BBQ's, picnic facilities and sporting areas.
ENTERTAINMENT AND RESTAURANTS
Erina Fair shopping centre including ice skating rink, movie cinemas, library, restaurants etc. Restaurants and cafes are a short flat 200 metres walk and Avoca & Terrigal 5-10 mins north where there is an abundance of restaurants, cafes, stores, pubs, clubs offering versatile cuisine to suit everyone's palate. 18 Hole Golf Course at Terrigal Country Memorial Club.
