Three bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom bungalow. Fun floor plan from the 50’s with just over 1,100 square feet of living space. Fully functioning kitchen with cozy dinette and seating for six. Comfortable living room. WiFi and smart tv’s. 2 queen beds and 2 twin XL beds. Quiet neighborhood nestled in south Atlanta. 5 minutes from Atlanta Hartsfield -Jackson International Airport. 5 minutes from East Point MARTA station. 12 minutes from Mercedes Benz Stadium. Less than 10 minutes to Downtown, Midtown, and Buckhead.

To protect both owners and travelers, booking payments will only be accepted online on VRBO.

I do allow 1 Night stays by approved request only.

This home was amazing for our family of 4 adults. The beds were comfortable, the house was spotless, and the location had quick and easy access to freeways and the city center. I had stayed at many rental homes, and this one was the best situated. They thought of everything. Extra towels, laundry soap and dishwasher pods, kitchen basics, water and tea and chocolates upon arrival. And, the host even very thoughtfully and generously left a birthday gift for my son whom we were celebrating during the stay. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I can’t think of a single negative thing to mention.

A true jewel of a place!

The description is very true. It is a cozy, intimate place for you, your family and your friends to stay. It was very clean with all of the comforts of home. The location is awesome. We were able to get to everything in about 20 minutes which says a lot for the Atlanta area. We have added this to our list of places to rent again. We loved it. The neighborhood was quiet and their backyard is a very wonderful surprise .

Nice cozy property in older quiet neighborhood. Great for the family and the length of our stay.

Quick response and property has everything you would need to get settled in. Location is great wether you want to take the scenic or highway to all areas. Would chose this place again.

Came for an girls weekend, we enjoyed the house and took full advantage of the deck in the back! We knew people from here and they said the area wasn't the best but truthfuy we had no problems at all. The neighborhood itself was very quiet, the houses weren't raggedy and we never felt unsafe going in late at night. Loved that it didn't take us long to reach our destinations, at most 25 minutes, and the highway is very close. The host were very nice, letting us check-in early and out later. Communication was quick on his end and his wAs always professional, friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be staying here again, possibly every time I come from here on out.

Close to everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in ATL. It is very tastefully decorated and was well stocked for our needs. This home is well located, less than 5 min to airport and 10-15 min to downtown attractions. The immediate neighborhood was safe and quiet but surrounding area was questionable. Seems this way for most of central Atlanta. My mother in law and children slept great, however, the master bed is quite noisy and uncomfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Thanks again Ezy!

Always an Awesome Stay!!!!

Cozy and clean house

Renting this property was so easy. The owner was super nice and made sure our stay was going well. We Loved everything about this place , except there is no washer or dryer. Other than that, we would absolutely recommend staying in this rental.

Atlanta bound

This property is close to downtown Atlanta with easy access via 41 instead of getting on the congested interstate, which was what we were looking for. The neighborhood is well maintained. The surrounding area is a little rough, but that is Atlanta. The owner's checked in with us to make sure our stay was comfortable. They provided bottled water and tea, which was a nice touch to make it feel like home. Before our stay they provided us with attractions that fit our needs. The Atlanta Aquarium was amazing. Thanks for having us!

Great getaway spot!

Upon walking in the door of the sweet little bungalow we immediately felt at home. The house is so well decorated and has a warm, family feeling. Add that it is only minutes from all the fun Atlanta has to offer and it is the perfect place to stay in town! Thank you for the hospitality!

Could not have been better! Made us feel at home, away from home

Ezy and Tanisha have set up the perfect place for a getaway to Atlanta. It was within fifteen minutes of everywhere we wanted to go and could not have been any more comfortable. Ezy responded to every message quickly and was super nice. There were also a lot of extras provided that most places I’ve stayed at with VRBO didn’t offer and we felt very safe and secure. The only downside was that my wife and daughter loved the way the house was decorated so much that it looks like I’m going to have to install a sliding door like the one in the living room. Seriously, though, you will not regret staying here.

I adored this beautiful, cozy, bungalow!

Loved, loved, loved it! We came to Atlanta for a funeral for a family member, and I wanted my family to be comfortable. This house was immaculate! From the moment we walked in the door, I was super impressed. It was the little things..... there was a candle 🕯 burning that had a beautiful subtle fragrance. There was tea ☕️ and water 💦 in the refrigerator. There was chocolates 🍫 left on the table. The owner even left a really beautiful sympathy card for my family. The owner (Ezy) and family really made me feel like an extension of his family. Anytime I am in Atlanta this will definitely be my home away from home 🏡. Thank you so much to the entire Adams family!

Me and my wife of 28 years and our three adult children are what makes this property unique. This property is a labor of love. It’s not flashy or new but we believe our guests will appreciate the effort we put into their stay with us.
