Three bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom bungalow. Fun floor plan from the 50’s with just over 1,100 square feet of living space. Fully functioning kitchen with cozy dinette and seating for six. Comfortable living room. WiFi and smart tv’s. 2 queen beds and 2 twin XL beds. Quiet neighborhood nestled in south Atlanta. 5 minutes from Atlanta Hartsfield -Jackson International Airport. 5 minutes from East Point MARTA station. 12 minutes from Mercedes Benz Stadium. Less than 10 minutes to Downtown, Midtown, and Buckhead.

To protect both owners and travelers, booking payments will only be accepted online on VRBO.

I do allow 1 Night stays by approved request only.

* All guests must have VERIFIED email address prior to booking.

We took a break from VRBO to obtain our Short Term Rental License. We are excited to be back, licensed and in compliance with City of Atlanta ordnance and laws.

* Please take care of our home and read house rules. We live in the neighborhood, Short term rental license information is posted on property. 24 hour exterior HD cameras. NOW, take a load off, relax and enjoy our city!

This home was amazing for our family of 4 adults. The beds were comfortable, the house was spotless, and the location had quick and easy access to freeways and the city center. I had stayed at many rental homes, and this one was the best situated. They thought of everything. Extra towels, laundry soap and dishwasher pods, kitchen basics, water and tea and chocolates upon arrival. And, the host even very thoughtfully and generously left a birthday gift for my son whom we were celebrating during the stay. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I can’t think of a single negative thing to mention.

Comfy and cozy

Very comfy place for a sisters getaway weekend. Liked that we were out of the downtown craziness, but close enough to head in as we wanted. Very easy to get to...would definitely recommend.

Cozy and clean house

Renting this property was so easy. The owner was super nice and made sure our stay was going well. We Loved everything about this place , except there is no washer or dryer. Other than that, we would absolutely recommend staying in this rental.

Beautiful and Comfortable

I stayed here for a weekend trip for my photo shoot event. My girlfriends and I arrived to a house that was very cozy. There was plenty of room for all of us and the fridge was stocked with waters and tea and there were chocolates left for us. The owners were very responsive immediately after booking. The house is near downtown and the airport, which was a great location. Ill definitely be staying again the next time Im in the area!

Close to everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in ATL. It is very tastefully decorated and was well stocked for our needs. This home is well located, less than 5 min to airport and 10-15 min to downtown attractions. The immediate neighborhood was safe and quiet but surrounding area was questionable. Seems this way for most of central Atlanta. My mother in law and children slept great, however, the master bed is quite noisy and uncomfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Thanks again Ezy!

Great Guest! Wish we could have made them more comfortable. Beds are tricky, but we do our best. We love our neighborhood, it’s culture and people. The surrounding area’s are not only beautiful but from another time in American history. Its a great source of pride for us, so we hope all of our guests will embrace our great city. The Inaugural Guest!

I can't say enough about our stay at this home and quite honored that my family and I were the first. Ezelious met us there with opened arms showed us around the house and informed us of all the various stores located nearby. We loved the convenience it was for us since all the event that was being held was less than 10 minutes away. The comfort and homely feel it gave us, made us feel like we never left Maryland. This house is absolutely immaculate and we look forward to booking again for all future visits to the Atlanta area. Folks, if you're looking for a house that has the southern charm with the hospitality to go along with it,an extremely quiet neighborhood along with convenience of stores and I-85, then look no further. My youngest son called it "the new house" and I can honestly say that it will be for future visits ahead. I can't thank you enough for making us feel right at home and we look forward to booking with you and Taneisha again in the very near future.

A true jewel of a place!

The description is very true. It is a cozy, intimate place for you, your family and your friends to stay. It was very clean with all of the comforts of home. The location is awesome. We were able to get to everything in about 20 minutes which says a lot for the Atlanta area. We have added this to our list of places to rent again. We loved it. The neighborhood was quiet and their backyard is a very wonderful surprise .

Came for an girls weekend, we enjoyed the house and took full advantage of the deck in the back! We knew people from here and they said the area wasn't the best but truthfuy we had no problems at all. The neighborhood itself was very quiet, the houses weren't raggedy and we never felt unsafe going in late at night. Loved that it didn't take us long to reach our destinations, at most 25 minutes, and the highway is very close. The host were very nice, letting us check-in early and out later. Communication was quick on his end and his wAs always professional, friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be staying here again, possibly every time I come from here on out.

Unfortunately this guest violated and/or allowed her guest to violate almost every house rule. My children and I were heartbroken to see the yard & house trashed. The smoking that occurred inside was so bad that they could not remain inside even though we communicated specifically about no smoking. Every television left on, food in the fridge and in the sink with dirty dishes. Garbage was left in every room. We will have to take property off the market until we can ensure it is clean and secure. This will be a loss to us financially. As the guest stated we take pride in our home and how we treat our guest. We only ask for the same level of treatment that future guests demand and expect. Ezelious.

Atlanta bound

This property is close to downtown Atlanta with easy access via 41 instead of getting on the congested interstate, which was what we were looking for. The neighborhood is well maintained. The surrounding area is a little rough, but that is Atlanta. The owner's checked in with us to make sure our stay was comfortable. They provided bottled water and tea, which was a nice touch to make it feel like home. Before our stay they provided us with attractions that fit our needs. The Atlanta Aquarium was amazing. Thanks for having us!
