Space and Location to enjoy Telluride

Highly recommend - steps from the local market, restaurants, and the beautiful neighborhood and trails of Telluride. Very private, but also light and convenient!

Just ok

The main floor is functional. The lower 2 floors leave a lot to want for. I think the cleanliness was my biggest issue. The place was not clean, towels and sheets worn and threadbare, bathrooms were dirty. Lots of dead bugs, spiderwebs. Tub in master had a sign on it not to use. Outside steps to basement were horribly filthy. No screens on any of the the windows. It was hot- and no fans available so windows had to be opened. All in all the place is big, but in need of not just a not just an update but major maintenance! It just left me feeling very unhappy considering it’s very lofty price point.

Fabulous, spacious accommodations, and even an office for WFH

We were 4 skiers and one non skier in this beautiful spot. Large kitchen for cooking at home, great space for gathering at dinner and then to watch the NCAA games. Three well sized bedrooms, three full bathrooms (not large), laundry, large tv screens (though we only used one), all made this home very comfortable and convenient for 5 adults week's stay. Just a few short blocks from the grocery, plus we could walk to the charming market place and gondola, about 3/4 mile.. We walked downtown in the evenings to enjoy the variety of hopping spots. Timothy's place was ideal- location, spacious, well appointed for whatever you may need.

Fantastic Stay!

This place was great. Very spacious and close to the slopes. The porch overlooking the high school was fantastic. Kitchen is huge and easy to cook in.

Near the slopes and downtown

This condo is in a convenient spot close to downtown and the slopes (about a 15 min walk in gear or head to the free lot near lift 7). Convenient parking at the condo for 1 car. The view from the living space was nice and plenty of space for 3 couples. The kitchen was equipped well-enough to cook dinner after a day on the slopes. The pictures of the property are accurate. There are no pictures of the 3 full baths which were all adequate - 2 with tub and shower basically en suite with the bedrooms and one with stand-alone shower that is separate from the third bedroom. Only downsides is the place is a bit dated, several kitchen items weren’t completely tidy, and the hot tub shared with the complex was dirty. If you’re looking for an easy spot to enjoy telluride, this place fits the bill

Great penthouse with beautiful and open view

The penthouse sits in a great location close to the market and restaurants. The view of sunset is open. House has everything you need to a great stay. Our family had a very nice time at Timothy’s penthouse.

Perfect location

The place was very large with lots of different areas to entertain. The location was perfect because it was next to a new turf soccer field, track and a nice playground. You can watch the kids play on the field from the comfort of the deck. Also was within 3 min walk to Clark’s Market.

Perfect family spot in a great town

This was a great space for our family of five escaping the summer heat. Beautiful sunset and mountain views, everything within walking distance, a great kitchen for cooking dinner and eating on the deck or dining room. A ton of space and a quiet complex made for a super relaxing vacation. We will look to rent it again in the future!

Telluride Ski Vacation

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. We had a very nice stay. It's conveniently located close to a supermarket and to a free town shuttle pick up station. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The owner, Timothy, was very easy to work with and his responses to questions were always in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great accommodations in Telluride.

Excellent Property and Location

This property is in a great location for Telluride. We were able to walk 5 minutes to the Coonskin lift and be skiing right away. There is also a market 2-3 minute walk away. Condo is very spacious and roomy, great place to relax after a day on the slopes! Timothy was very cordial and prompt with any responses.

Great Place!

Celebrated my brothers birthday at Tim's place with a group of people. Very convenient location, 10 min walk to the heart of downtown and about the same to the Coonskin lift for easy mountain access in the morning. Would definitely recommend! Marc

Great spot!

Large space with plenty of room for friends and family. Enough square footage to spread out, an easy walk to town with great views from the kitchen!

Large condo, close to grocery store and bus stop

Condo was very spacious. Plenty of room for five or more. Bus stop was two blocks away. Probably 10-20 minute bus trip to the lifts depending on timing. Grocery store was 4-5 blocks away. Condo has a lot of stairs so if that's not to your liking, look elsewhere. Heaters were a little slow to warm the place up, but they finally got the job done. No instructions on the hot tub. We eventually stumbled onto one, but we weren't sure if it was for our complex or the one next door or both. Condo did not have bath soap or shampoo. I expected it to have both of these. It did have a humidifier in the master suite which was nice.

Beautiful home in a great location

Family vacation to Telluride for the Jazz Festival. Tim's home was exactly what we wanted. Beautiful and spacious enough for 6 adults and our granddaughter. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Kitchen was well stocked. Location is an easy walk to downtown, gondola or the bus stop. Loved sitting on the deck and looking out at the mountains. All and all it was a great trip and we will be back in the future.

All you could want!

The place is enormous, has amazing sunset views and is in a fantastic location. We were a family of four and this was so comfortable for all of us. We would definitely be stoked to stay here again. Thanks Lynn!

Great space, great location

This home had wonderful space for our family of 5 to spread out. My kids loved the rooms downstairs as they had tons of movies and books to choose from. Lynn was very responsive when we encountered a minor issue with one of the toilets. The kitchen was well stocked with almost everything we needed and we loved the location being in town, across from the soccer field and playground our kids could walk to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Decent place but not for the amount charged

massive light at night comes into the master from the contiguous building. need to block the light in the triangular window on the back side of the master. i'm not sure if it's this owner or VRBO but I was never sent any info on how to locate the entryway, the code to the lock etc etc. If hide and seek is the objective on finding the place and how to get in, mission accomplished!

The Best Location in Telluride!

This house was perfect for my husband and I, plus four young adults (six of us in total). We all had our own bedroom and bathroom which were located on separate floors that gave us all privacy and space. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for making meals and playing games at the end of a long day on the slopes. The view outside the large kitchen window was spectacular of the mountain and ski slopes. There is a small room when you walk in that was great for shedding all the layers and kept it out of the way. The best part is it is walking distance to everything - downtown Telluride and the free gondola. We literally parked our car when we arrived and didn't use it until on the way back to the airport. Lynn was terrific to work with and was very responsive to all of my questions. I highly recommend this location to anyone that wants a great Telluride vacation.
