The Telluride Townhouse is a beautifully remodeled, modern three level condo with a sunny deck and mountain views. We are a 3 minute walk to Telluride Ski Resort's "Coonskin" Chairlift 7, steps from the San Miguel River Trail and free Town Bus Stop, a 6 minute walk to the free Mountain Village Gondola, groceries and Downtown shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to Town Park.

We have thoughtfully designed our space to be modern, light, clean and comfortable.

The Main Suite occupies the uppermost level and is open to the second floor below. It features a comfortable king bed, large closet and en suite bathroom with custom tile shower. The open plan bedroom has high ceilings, a skylight and mountain views out the window.

The deck, dining, living, bar and kitchen area occupy the second level and also feature an open plan layout. The kitchen was designed with great attention to detail: stainless steel appliances, gas range, powerful vent hood, large fridge, Quartz countertops and plenty of storage.

A coffee and bar area featuring an under-counter beverage fridge, bar sink, coffee maker and electric kettle is separate from the kitchen and keeps the flow of traffic away from the cooking. The dining area can seat up to 6 guests at the table and 4 more outside on the deck.

The living area has a comfortable 96" four-seater sofa and 43" Roku-enabled Smart TV with access to free and paid internet streaming channels including hundreds of commercial-free movies and TV shows on Netflix. We do not have live Sports Channels. Internet and WiFi access are included. Our sunny, South-facing deck leads off this level and is a great place to relax, have a drink, share a meal or take in the beautiful mountain and ski area views.

The Front Entry, Laundry, Mudroom, Guest Bathroom and Guest Bedroom occupy the first level and have a private street entrance. We have a custom ski rack that can accommodate 5 pair of skis, a high-speed ski boot and glove dryer and Bosch washer and dryer. The Guest Bedroom has a comfortable king bed that can convert to two twin XL beds, a desk and a second Roku-enabled 43ā€ Smart TV. The Guest Bathroom has a custom tile shower and deep soaking tub.

Our home features in-floor radiant heat on all levels for maximum comfort.

We had a wonderful time in Telluride! Our stay at Leslieā€™s and Nicoleā€™s place was comfortable and everything went smoothly during our stay. From comfy beds to extra towels and a nicely stocked kitchen, it felt like home. The location was great, easy access to everything and the area was quiet at night which was great for sleeping at the end of a long day. We would definitely stay there again!

Steps from a shuttle stop and a 10-minute walk to the gondola! Parking was easy. Bathtub did not work. Top bedroom is open (no door) and has a skylight - so it gets very bright at sunrise and there's not much privacy!

Telluride was great reminded us of Galena, IL close to our home. Small quaint atmosphere. The Allred restaurant was great. The condo was clean and well supplied with what we needed. Would recommend it to anyone that is planning a trip to Telluride. is wanting to stay in

Amazing Stay in Telluride!

We had a fantastic time in this townhouse. The walk to the Coonskin lift was very easy and practically across the street and the townhouse had everything we needed. Easy to walk into town and the gondola as well. Everything was nice, the boot warmer was a great touch too. No complaints, would highly recommend staying here and wil be sure to stay here when we're back in telluride.

Excellent Property

This property is adorable, clean, has a well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. There are many special touches to ensure comfort. The beds are very comfortable, with nice white clean sheets and extra blankets. Iā€™m not a fan of feather pillows, so I wish there were a few options, but not a big deal. The view from the back of the townhouse and upstairs bedroom are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Perfect Telluride getaway

We loved our stay here! Super clean and nice place, right across the street from Lift 7. A short 10-15 minute walk to the gondola. Great view from the porch. Would recommend! Our group had 2 couples, which was perfect for the space

There is nothing better then right here!

It starts with the owners, these are some amazing folks. I swear they were answering my question(s) before I finished sending them a note. They really care about your stay in their property. It is perfectly furnished and it is the one spot we try and and stay at when we visit Telluride. The location is such that everything you could possible want is within easy walking distance. I am so happy that we found this place to stay at while snowboarding in Telluride.

One of the best stays in Telluride

This is our second time staying at Leslie and Nicole's townhouse and we booked our third before leaving. The setup is perfect for small groups, especially if your primary reason for visiting is skiing. The location could not be more convenient or easy to find, and is walkable to everything you want to be close to in Telluride. The kitchen is set up with everything you need, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the hosts have thought through all the details you want and need when visiting Telluride.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo in Telluride. It truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained property.Location: The condo is in an ideal location, with easy access to local ski resorts and hiking trails. It's just a short drive from downtown, where we found plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. For outdoor enthusiasts, the proximity to both winter and summer activities was perfect.The Condo: The unit itself was spotless and very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage space, and we loved the modern touches throughout.Customer Service: The host was incredibly responsive and provided detailed information before we arrived, making check-in a breeze. Final Thoughts: Overall, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area. Whether youā€™re looking to ski, hike, or just relax in a beautiful mountain setting, this condo is the perfect home base.

Wonderful experience

The property location is perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, hiking trails and the free gondola to Mountain Village. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything that a family would need. The owners were great, and the reservation and check-in process was well organized. We would strongly recommend the property to others.
