Beautiful Log Cabin For Romantic Getaways 20 Acres

Our real log home has been recently renovated and completely redecorated.The cabin sleeps 4 but is really intended for a romantic couple's retreat. It has a loft with a queen log bed and furniture. The living room has a gas fireplace for snuggling on cold evenings. For extra guests there is a pull out sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room is furnished with a log table. On the deck you will find a gas grill, outdoor table and chairs, and a 4-person hot tub, great for star gazing. Central AC/Heat. Ceiling fan. Flat screen TV w/DVD and CD player. No local or cable tv provided. Hardwood floors throughout. Bed & bath linens provided. Hot tub towels provided. No Pets. No Phone. No internet. Limited cell service.

The cabin is located right off RT 328 and is close to the State Parks. Minutes away from Old Man's Cave, Cedar Falls, canoe liveries, and zip lines. Nelsonville is a short drive away and Athens is a mere 30 minute drive on RT33. Walmart, Kroger, and Save A lot are very close for all your grocery needs.

You may need four wheel or all wheel drive in the winter months.

Beautiful cabin stay near hocking hills

We had a group of 4 girls for the weekend and this was such a perfect spot to stay! Close to everything - hiking trails, restaurants, wineries.

This was the perfect getaway for us to celebrate our 20th anniversary! There was plenty to do nearby, or we were happy to just hang out at the cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Hocking Hills is now my new favorite place!

The perfect wooded escape with the cleanliness of a hotel and convenience of the suburbs

The hosts really do seem to care for this property. You never know what to expect coming from the city with a cabin in the woods, but we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at the cleanliness and attention to detail the hosts demonstrated here. It had nice hospitality touches like a hotel. There was wine and hand written note upon arrival, fully stocked kitchen, fancy folded towels, etc. No reception was nice too because if we needed anything we could just go to the end of the driveway!

This place had the coziness of a cabin in the woods, but the cleanliness of a hotel. The hosts went above and beyond with hotel-like amenities. Wine and a welcome card upon arrival, tons of freshly folded towels, a hot tub towel/coloring kit, tons of movies, fully stocked kitchen. No cell service once you hit the driveway but thereā€™s cell service up until that point which is nice to check on the little one back home. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a secluded stay, conveniently located close to civilization.

We didnā€™t use the hot tub because there were instructions for us to sanitize it ourselves and I didnā€™t trust it. I really donā€™t think it should be up to the guests to monitor the pH of a hot tub and the lid was super hard to get on and off. but the bathtub was huge and a brand new install and super wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked. The movie selection was great. It was relaxing.
