Villa Borboleta is a beautiful two-story villa located in the hillside of Geremeas Residence, with a beautiful sea view and only 400 meters from Geremeas Beach (Marongiu Beach), which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The house is located within the private area of the residence, access to which is allowed only to holders of the remote control that opens the bar. Villa Borboleta is suitable to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, having 2 doubles, one twin and one triple room with bunk beds and 2 bathrooms. The property is accessed through a characteristic staircase that starts from the parking space and leads to the main terrace with a breathtaking sea view. Villa Borboleta is positioned at the highest point of the geremeas amphitheater, this makes the terrace cool and breezy, from here you enter the main entrance that opens onto the living room with dining room and TV area. A French window near the dining table leads to an inner courtyard where we find clotheslines and a typical brick oven where we can bake pizza, typical Sardinian suckling pig, and grill as well as a classic BBQ. To the left of the entrance we find a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need and equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, bread maker and even deep fryer. On the same floor we find a bathroom with a small tub and washing machine. Going up the stairs we enter the sleeping area, we immediately find a large bathroom with Italian shower and window, the triple room with bunk beds and a stunning sea view and the twin room (eventually you can create a double), with a large terrace with ping pong table The double room overlooks a large terrace with double sea/garden view. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning/dehumidifier/heat pump. Internet connection with Wi-Fi is included, which is rare in this area. The house is well-kept and comfortable, ideal for peaceful and relaxing vacations.

GEREMEAS RESIDENCE

Geremeas Residence is a private condominium, perfect place to spend your holidays in total tranquility and security. There is the presence of a caretaker and most of the houses, as well as access to the Marongiu beach, are protected by an automatic gate. This allows the central part of the beach to remain pleasant even in the high season, as it is farthest from public parking areas. The condominium was built in the '70s by a well-known architect, the characteristic white houses have the same architectural setting despite being different from each other and are surrounded by large gardens, ensuring privacy, shaded areas and outdoor relaxation.The condominium is a true pearl of the south-eastern coast of Sardinia and is also an ideal starting point to explore the beautiful and numerous other bays of the territory, as well as the nearby hinterland, where you can find interesting archaeological sites and the Parco dei Sette Brothers, ideal destination for lovers of hiking and nature.

Geremeas Residence is located in the south-eastern part of Sardinia, reachable from the beautiful panoramic road that leads from Cagliari to Villasimius or from the fastest new internal highway. It overlooks a beautiful three kilometer long bay in the eastern part of the Golfo degli Angeli, characterized by three contiguous beaches of white sand, surrounded by promontories covered with Mediterranean vegetation and by a sea of infinite blue hues.The bay is located in the municipalities of Quartu Sant'Elena and Maracalagonis, centers from which it is just over twenty kilometers. The boundary between the two territories is the Riu Geremeas river, which during the winter increases significantly the flow flowing into the sea, while in summer it reduces creating a small pond near the coast, ideal habitat for a nice colony of ducks. The central part of the bay, also called Marongiu Beach, is located right in front of Geremeas Residence and is characterized by light and thin sand, immerses in a crystalline sea and is protected by sand dunes surrounded by greenery.The western part is the beach of Kala 'e Moru (landing of the Saracen), in the territory of Quartu: a beach of tiny golden grains lapped by limpid sea with iridescent colors and sandy bottom. In the hill above the beach stands the homonymous village, which the promontory Bruncu de su Monte Moru separates from the magnificent cove of Mari Pintau (painted sea). The eastern part, in addition to the river, is the beach of Baccu Mandara, in the territory of Maracalagonis, with gold-colored sand, soft and slightly larger grained, sloping on the shore. The beaches of Geremeas are equipped with services and dining options, rental of bathing equipment and boats. In winter, when the Mistral wind blows, the bay becomes an ideal destination for lovers of kitesurfing and windsurfing. In the evening you can comfortably admire beautiful sunsets, with the sun slowly "hiding" behind Cagliari.
