Set in an elevated position providing stunning panoramic views over Genn'e Mari beach, the sea and the surrounding hills, Villa Barretti is a detached villa providing private, peaceful accommodation for up to eight / nine people.

4 bedrooms (3 x double, 1 x full-size bunk beds), 3 bathrooms (2 x en-suite) with a spacious sea-facing living room and all amenities including air-conditioning (in the bedrooms), washing machine and dishwasher.

It features 2 large paved and 2 further terraces - all with spectacular views, a covered patio, shaded decking, a large 12 metre infinity-style pool and a BBQ.

The villa faces south and west, and is bathed in sunshine from sunrise until sunset.

The nearest beach is a 10-15 mins walk down a path that avoids roads.

The capital Cagliari is 30km away and the resort of Villasimius is 15 km.

The pool and one of the en-suite bedrooms are on a separate terrace from the main accommodation, down a flight of steps accessed via a gate, affording protection for toddlers.

Ample parking for 2-3 cars. ALL of our photos are taken from within the villa, apart from one or two taken on the local beaches.

Nearby beaches / facilities: There is a gorgeous sandy beach that is accessible by a path in10-15 mins. It avoids going on or crossing any roads. There is a golf course about 15km away in Villasimius, a horse riding centre, and boats can be rented there too

Shops / restaurants / bars / nightlife: There is a good supermarket / fishmonger / butcher / ATM/ cafe / bar / pizzeria at about a 20-25 minute pleasant walk down the hill and along the beach. There are other restaurants nearby, but you will need a car to reach them. Da Barbara in Solanas is the close and well reviewed.

Accommodation: The property is on four terraces, and accommodation and the pool are arranged over the top two. The main villa is on the top terrace, the pool is on the l
ower terrace which is accessed via a gate, so small children can be managed. n.b. one of the en-suite bedrooms is separate from the main house, on the lower (pool) terrace and so is unsuitable for unsupervised children.

Please note that during high season we are only able to accept bookings starting and finishing on Saturdays. Outside high season there is flexibility.

additional charges payable locally for excess electricity consumption (>100KwH / week charged at 50c / unit) and laundry (€22 per person optional).
