NEW paint color from these pictures in all bedrooms up stair already finished. You will enjoy all the beautiful colors of the family room with flat screen TV. A full kitchen with everything you will need. King Bed in Master, Queen in the other two bedrooms. Nice marble tubs, tile floors. Tile in the Kitchen with tile in the family room. Hardwood in bedrooms up stairway, and foyer. Washer and Dryer in this unit. Flat screen TV in the master, Flat screen in the family room, TV's in other two bedrooms to enjoy. Five acre lake fresh water on property stocked with bass and brim Catch and Release fishing. Two pools and two tennis courts right out your front door.Pools on Southside and Northside for you.
Great walking areas around the lake and property. Patio table with chairs to enjoy late evenings, enjoy the grill. Sorry no pets, and no smoking in this unit. I would love to help you with local places. We enjoy having a drink on the Harbor watching the Sunset also places we go to have dinner.
Beach Service is available on the beach. Sunset beach services. Address of the property 940 East Highway 98, Destin, Fla. 32540. Please ask me for WIFI and passwords for this unit. Code for door will be given to you before your vacation.Codes for gate will be given to you for your vacation for Southside gate. You will enjoy the beach just steps away from Sugar white sand with Emerald Green Water. Our pools do have codes now you will be given the number, also tennis courts before you get to property.
We love our home at the beach, and I hope you will enjoy your vacation at our beach home. Please read we rent Sat to Sat only in May June and July ,August, Check in at 4:00pm, Checkout 10:00am. Please ask me about places to go and restaurants in our area. You will love being at Southbay and enjoying being so close to the beach with your family.
Please NOTE: If you have a wagon and chairs bring them to the condo, please go around to the back of the condo to wash off.

Great location to the private beach. Kids enjoyed walking to the ice cream shop from the Condo. Super Nice Host and the condo is very nice. Will definitely stay again.

Clean, quiet, short walk to beach - 1 minute. All the conveniences of home, we had a wonderful time and have already made plans to come back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The owner was very thoughtful, informative, and friendly. The property has been very tastefully upgraded and is a short walk to the beach. Also, the property is located to so many restaurants, stores, & attractions. We will be revisiting this gem of a place!

We really enjoyed our stay!

The townhouse was really nice and updated with parking at the front door. The three bedrooms allowed for privacy for me and my grandchildren and their friends. Everything was easy and helped us enjoy a week on the gulf beach! Loved it!

So close to the beach!

Adorable condo. Super clean and comfortable. The beach is private and chair rental is required for an unblocked view of the water.

Beautiful Townhome

I loved our stay at Cheryl's townhome. It is a beautiful and comfortable property and Cheryl was so thoughtful and helpful. I really appreciated Cheryl's restaurant suggestions and she made our stay as pleasant as possible. I would recommend this property to everyone!

One of the nicest units.

We have stayed in about 10 different properties at Southbay and this one is definitely one of the nicest. Updated everywhere. Close to the beach and pool. Cheryl(owner) is very helpful and friendly. No complaints.

Destin Family vacation

We spent a beautiful stay at Cheryl’s condo ! The condo is really nice and welcoming , clean and very well furnished with all the things you would need for a complete family . Cheryl was really present , Answering all our questions and sending over people if issues ! Location is a bit hard to find with the address but Cheryl helped . I really recommend this place

Wonderful condo!

I have stayed at Southbay By The Gulf for years and this is my favorite condo I have stayed in. Clean, great full-size washer and dryer, well stocked condo with things that you might need but forget to pack. Cheryl was very kind and very on top of communication with me which was really helpful for me and my family. Would highly recommend!

Would recommend

Very short walk through parking lot to beach. Owner of this unit was wonderful & kept in contact with me frequently. The only downside is you can’t put personal chairs & umbrellas in front of the rentals. Beach is small so it was kind of crowded. Difficult at times to even find a spot to walk by the rentals to the water. But overall would recommend for the price!

Great place to stay and right on the beach.

We loved our stay at SouthBay. The condo was well appointed and we had everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and everything tastefully decorated. We had all the accessories we needed for the beach, which is literally around the corner, and oh what a beach! Sugar sand, clear water, sunshine, breezes, friendly folks. It was wonderful! Traffic is kind of a nightmare in the middle of July. That’s the only negative thing I can say. The owners were wonderful, answered my calls and texts right away. Cheryl was fabulous and made excellent recommendations on restaurants. I would stay here again and I highly recommend it.

Not Relaxing

Booked condo before it was redecorated. On booking it looked cheerful and would be suitable for children. The new look was lovely to look at but watching the 3 year old go near the white couch was a problem. Can't imagine what a drop of red wine would have done. People go on vacation to relax not sit on uncomfortable chairs looking at the couch. Condo owner very curt and rude if one of her frequently sent emails were not promptly answered. I am 78 year old and long past being treated as a Spring breaker.

Elizabeth, thank you for writing the review. You had two covers for my new sofa and Loveseat if you had took time to read my message. You are the only person I have that has ever said I was rude. I did get upset because you wouldn’t answer if everything was okay. I have just put over 30,000 with new updates which everyone loves. My cleaner called as she walked in the condo and said it was the worse of any of my renters, you didn’t keep trash out in bags at front of condo each day. I had to pay extra charges because condo b he was in mess. I wouldn’t ever go to A vacation home and not keep sand off the floor and not leave it a mess. Sorry you didn’t like a nice place.

Great Vacation Place!

The townhouse was just how it was described. Very nice and very convenient to all the great restaurants. Real close to the beach. The owner, Cheryl, was wonderful! We recommend this place for anyone wanting a worry free vacation spot.

Close to the beach

This is a great place to stay! It's not only close to the beach but also within walking distance to restaurants. The condo is clean with all the comforts of home. The owner is great to work with and very accommodating. This is our second time staying in this unit and we'll definitely be back!

Southbay has a large beach. We had friends already there from our home town and I looked all over Destin and I wanted a place that I could drive right to the front door. I didn't want to be in a High Rise and I wanted nice area to enjoy with our family, which took me back overtime to Southbay.

NO TENTS ON OUR BEACH

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Driving right to our front door. A place that we could come and enjoy even if we stayed a month. We fell in love with Southbay in 2003 when we purchased our other unit 28th. We still think this is one of the best properties in Destin for your money. This unit is so close to the beach we have stayed there now a few weeks in this 120 unit and we enjoy the location more than anything.
