1 block to beach, three bedroom, two bathroom condominium w/ heated pool located in beautiful Family-Friendly North Wildwood, New Jersey. Must be 25+ to lease.
Looking for a place to stay so you can enjoy all the Jersey Shore has to offer? Look no further! This three bedroom, two bathroom condominium with a heated pool and common area that looks over the ocean in family-friendly North Wildwood is just what you are looking for! By day, relax by the pool or walk one short block to the beach and swim in the ocean. Or, sit on the sundeck and take in the ocean views. You can also ride your bike along the beach path or take a walk along the seawall and take in some of that wonderful salt air! By night, take a walk along the famous Wildwood Boardwalk, let the kids enjoy some of the amusement rides, play a few games of chance and snack on the many the various Boardwalk fare - pizza, fries, funnel cakes, ice cream. Or, for an adult night out, there are many fantastic restaurants and clubs to enjoy just a few blocks away.


This first floor unit is part of a beautiful, well-maintained, family oriented condominium association. There is easy access to the unit with two steps up to the door for any elderly guests. It has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a queen bed, television and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The unit has central air conditioning and heat. There are many windows in the unit that allows for a lot of natural light and beautiful summer breezes from the ocean for you to enjoy or to listen to the waves as you drift off to sleep.

The unit has a full kitchen with a regular sized refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cabinet space to store food and drinks. The Condominium Association also provides two gas grills by the pool that are available for all guests to use. Throw your burgers or chicken on the grill and eat by the pool as the kids swim.

Excellent Accommodations

We had such a great time staying in this very clean, comfortable condo only a short walk to the beach. Meg was wonderful & accommodating. 10/10!

I loved this place! Owner was nice and was easy to deal with. Location is perfect, pool is awesome, 1st floor great. However the upstairs family is very loud all night long, other reviews were correct. Also the beds are very uncomfortable & I didn’t enjoy bringing our own sheets/towels. Most likely would return though.

Perfect Place For Us

It was me, my husband, 16-year-old son and my elderly parents. The rooms and space were perfect for us. Pool was nice. We had our own patio set outside door. Laundry facility was right next door. Kitchen had all amenities needed. 3 Smart TV’s. We brought our own bikes and they had a decent size bike rack on property. Beach, only a block away. Owner was great at responding throughout booking process and checked in on us, via text, to make sure we were alright first day. I’d highly recommend if everything checks all your boxes as it did for us. We also had unbelievable weather which was plus.

Great place in North Wildwood!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this North Wildwood condo. It is difficult to find a 3 BR/2 BA with a pool in this area and this place fit the description well. It's located one block from the beach and an easy commute to anywhere in the Wildwoods. Meghan, the owner, was quite easy to work and communicate with. Space was clean and well kept. The size was just right, accommodated us well, and the price was right. As it turned out, we had a great week weather wise. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Location- That’s About it

Proximity to the beach was great. We enjoyed the pool as well. We were however less than pleased in the following areas. The unit is pretty outdated. The beds were very uncomfortable. During the day there’s a lot of sun light but at night it’s very dark with minimal lighting. We couldn’t get the water to stay in either bath tub for our 5 & 2 year old to take a bath. The neighbors directly above us (who own the unit) were extremely loud every single night of our stay. They came home at about 2:00am very drunk and rowdy. So much so, that their banging around upstairs caused some of our toiletries to fall over in the bathroom in the middle of the night. This woke us all up every night for hours. We politely asked the neighbors to keep it down and they got offended by our request and only became louder. Unfortunately, our trip got cut short because our entire family contracted Covid. We quickly packed up to leave, which was very difficult since we felt awful. Admittedly, we didn’t thoroughly clean after ourselves like we normally would given that we could barely pull ourselves together at this point. I received a call from the owner who was furious that food was left in the pantry/ fridge, and sheets were still on the bed. I tried to apologize and explain the situation, but she had absolutely NO care about our well being. While I understand her frustration, I would expect her to pretend to care a little about the health and well being of her renters.

Lovely week away

This is a charming three bedroom, two bathroom condo with a lovely inground pool 2-6 foot deep for all ages. It is a short block to the beach and a few blocks to the north wildwood sea wall. The condo is clean, decorated perfectly for the beach and has enough of space for two people in each bedroom and a pull out couch bed. The air conditioning worked wonderfully (Best of any rental we ever had) and kept everything nice a cool after a long day in the sun. We would have loved to have some extra hangers in the closets as there were only two hangers in the condo and would have enjoyed a few more larger serving spoons for our Sunday gravy and sausage and meatballs, but we made due and it was very enjoyable. A few nights were very very noisy due to upstairs neighbors and we could not sleep, but when they were not there things were perfect. Would stay here again! Thank you!

Great property in heart of North Wildwoods

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this North Wildwoods condo. It is quite difficult to find a 3 br/2 ba with a pool in this area and this place fit the description. It's located one block from the beach and two blocks from Russo's Market. Meghan, the owner, was quite easy to work and communicate with. Space was clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!!!

This place was as described. Steps from the front door to the pool and a block from the beach. We did not have to lug pool and beach toys too far. The location was perfect. It was a little bit of a walk to the boardwalk but we enjoyed the walk. The place had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect beach condo!!

Everything was just as described!! Meg was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The condo was beautiful and the layout was perfect. We had everything we needed. You couldn’t ask for a better location, just a short walk to the beach and the pool was maintained beautifully. We look forward to staying there next year. Meg, thank you for everything. Beautiful condo

The unit was excellent. It was stocked better than any other rental we have had in Wildwood. Very clean. Having 2 full bathrooms was great. Nice size pool and very close to the beach. Wonderful experience.

Great place!

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of six! The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. It was only one block from the beach and the pool on site was an added bonus! At night we were able to watch Netflix on the smart TV. I would highly recommend this condo for any family looking for a nice condo near the beach!

Great Family Condo

For the past 15 years I have been bringing my family to North Wildwood, often times having to wait to find a place until later in the year due to youth sports schedules and other commitments. Because of this we have been forced to try different places, and without question this has been one of the top places we have stayed....both in terms of location to everything and what the condo has to offer. The condo had plenty of room for the 6 of us (2 adults, 3 teenagers, and an 11 year old) and was in great condition upon arrival. The 1st floor location was perfect to jump right into the pool after a walk along the seawall or boardwalk, and the easiest time we have ever had unloading and loading the car. Another great benefit was the extra parking pass provided by the owner, which allowed us to park 1 car along JFK (beach block) and use it for storage of all our beach needs. I also need to mention the strong, secure WiFi connection in the unit...Having to remote into work one day during our stay I never had an issue with slow connection or connection loss. Definitely a place to stay if you have a larger family and dont want that NW motel feel, a very friendly group of renters/owners that were all very respectful and welcoming.

The problem with the cable was a problem, comcast came in a respectable time. Unfortunately the problem seemed to be an ongoing problem. Overall very pleasnt stay.

Nice and clean welcoming unit !!! Well located , charming neighborhood

Close to the beach, quiet environnement, first floor, next to the pool, great for familles .... Would have prefer that washer and dryer be in the unit and not coin operated and that linens would be provided. For the rest, simply awesome !!!
