The first thing to greet you from the doorway are golden sandy walls and tile flooring that whisper of similarly colored shores just outside your balcony. To the right you'll find your favorite place in every home… a fully-stocked kitchen waiting to be filled with delish snacks! The kitchen is beautifully updated and boasts of wrap-around granite counters, stainless steel appliances, sandy tile backsplash, and white cabinetry. Spread your ingredients out on the counter and jump into your cooking groove; you'll find a variety of knives, cooking utensils, a blender, and even a George Foreman grill at your culinary disposal. Serve your scrumptious masterpiece while it's still hot to those sitting at the overhang's five barstool chairs. Not only does this kitchen provide easy serving and extra seating, but it also gives a refreshing glimpse of the balcony's ocean view.

Directly behind the barstool-lined breakfast bar sits the glass top dining room table with its six cushioned chairs. Take advantage of the precious time you have together as a family and arrange a sit-down dinner where you can enjoy each other's company and the stunning oceanfront view beyond.

With a faux bamboo tree in the corner and island-style furnishings throughout, your own personal Havana awaits you in the adjoining living room. Clock into vacation-time and spend your afternoons catching up on Z's on either the pull-out couch or one of the two armchairs. While you sleep, the kids can quietly rest either playing games on the coffee table with its four hidden stools, or watching shows on the mounted flat-screen TV (DVR and DVD player provided!). Best of all, when you awake from your nap you'll be greeted by the sight of clear blue skies and foamy waves… Does life get any better?!

Venture out to your private balcony and enjoy the warm Florida sunshine on your face. There's no better place to spend mornings, evenings (and all the time in between!) than reclining on one of the eight balcony chairs and watching the tide ebb back and forth. Keep an eye out for dolphin and sea turtle sightings; with a front row seat to the ocean, there's no way you'll leave without witnessing NSB's wildlife!

From the balcony, you can enter the primary bedroom through its private, sliding glass door entrance. When you step into the sea-green room you'll be instantly drawn to the cozy king size bed and it's bamboo-style bedframe. The primary provides a matching dresser and a side table set that provide plenty of drawer space for all of your new beach clothing. Before you drift off to sleep, end your evening with a book from the TV stand or with a show playing on your personal flat-screen TV. You'll find the nearby primary bathroom to accommodate with a walk-in shower, white stand-alone vanity, and light, soft bath towels.

The kids will be excited to stay in the tropical-themed guest bedroom. With two twin beds, island vibes, and their own flat-screen TV, you won't hear the usual nighttime complaints when bedtime rolls around! The guest bathroom provides a standard tub with shower, beachy décor, and plush bath towels for your use.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a washer/dryer, wireless internet and cable TV. Close location to elevator for easy access.

Please note that the complex stairs are damaged due to Hurricane Ian. Guests can use the public beach access 150 feet south of the complex.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

This direct ocean front condominium complex of 50 private 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units in New Smyrna Beach. From the moment you arrive, the sound of the ocean waves and the fragrance of the salt air will transport you to a vacation state of mind. Picture yourself floating in the Oceanside pool after a day in the sand and surf. Envision early morning walks on the picturesque New Smyrna Beach with the sun rising over horizon. These condos are tastefully decorated, and boast fully equipped kitchens. Linens, blankets, and towels are provided for our guests' comfort. Washer and dryers are located on every floor. Directly across the street from the complex, you'll find a small shopping center with local restaurants and unique novelty shops. For your shopping convenience, Publix grocery store is just 2.4 miles south on South Atlantic Avenue.

Hacienda del Sol is located on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach.

Imagine spending your days beachcombing, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, flats fishing, sailing, golfing, or biking along the beach. The Indian River Intracoastal Waterway is just a few miles away and offers scuba diving excursions, boat rentals, and even daytime cruises! Just south of New Smyrna, the 21.5 mile long, 3.5 mile wide Mosquito Lagoon is one of the Southeast's most abundant fishing areas where redfish, flounder, black grouper, and speckled trout abound. New Smyrna is also a prime surfing destination and has played host to numerous American Surfing Professional competitions. Simultaneously protecting beach goers and nesting sea turtles, the City of New Smyrna Beach closely monitors beach traffic. New Smyrna Beach is a nesting ground for these giant sea turtles, and Florida's loggerhead population is the largest in the nation.
