Our 4 BR, 2 Bath is fully equipped from the kitchen to the outdoor living space. Relax by the heated pool in your lounge chair, enjoy the mountain view and the awesome sunsets.
** Minimum of 1 month rental during May to October**
When the sun goes down, The spa awaits you.
Our home is located in Estrella Mountain park
-close to the two man made lakes, which offers great walks around the lakes, also access to the clubhouse.
-A Jack Nichlaus 11 golf course mins away
-Great Hiking trails close by
-Playgrounds in the neighborhood
-Grocery shopping close by and unlimited shopping 15 min away
-The Indian, Reds Spring training camp is 10 mins away
- NHL, 20 mins away at the Jobing Arena
-The Cardinals are also 20 mins away
-Nascar at the Phoenix International Speedway is 10 mins away

The Master BR has a very comfortable King-size bed, and a large TV. The ensuite has a separate bath and shower, there are two sinks and a hair dryer .
The other bedrooms are complete with another king-size bed, a queen bed and twin beds.
all the mattresses are comfortable and linens are high quality .The second bath has a tub/shower, two sinks and a hairdryer.
The Family room has a family size leather sectional, and a 55 " TV.
The Kitchen is well equipped with inside and outside dinner ware, pots and pans and all the utensils you would need.There is a coffee pot, a keurig, toaster, kettle, and a blender for those summer drinks. The fridge has a ice maker and a cold water dispenser. The RO ensures good drinking water.
Cable TV, Internet, and free North American long distance calls are included.
Outside is a covered patio, a dining set, a separate setting area, and a BBQ for those burgers and steaks. Practice your putting on the putting green
The garage has room for one car, parking for one or two on the driveway

Goodyear, AZ Pleasure Trip

My husband and I (and son for one week) stayed at this lovely home for April and half of May 2024. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to our messages. The home was very very clean, welcoming and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the heated pool, and the quietness of the neighborhood. We were very pleased with the host and this home and would stay here again.

Great place to stay

We stayed for 5 weeks and enjoyed the house and outdoor amenities including the fire pit, hot tub, putting green and nice tables in the shade. It was a bit too cool to use the pool. Jodi and Margie were very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here in the future.

Perfect staycation

Our stay in Estrella was just about perfect. The photos in the listing do not do justice to the beauty of the house, the property and the neighborhood. The home was clean, well supplied, had bikes for us to use, fast internet, and even putters/golf balls for the putting green in the backyard. It was very easy to communicate back and forth with the owner, and check in/out was seamless. Overall, our stay was just about perfect.

The best VRBO experience we've had

Apologies for the lengthy review, but the property and our stay warrant it... We were fortunate to be able to stay here for a few weeks in Jan-Feb, and will be comparing future rentals against this property and our stay here. General/Cleanliness: From the minute we walked in we realized this wasn't just another rental property; this was someone's home, immaculately clean and with all the comforts and amenities (and more) we could have wished for. Kitchen: The kitchen was better supplied with cooking utensils and supplies than any other rental we've seen, and a nearby grocery store made it incredibly easy to plan and prepare meals for the family each day. Wi-Fi: Even with all of us working and learning remotely, frequently with concurrent streaming activities, there were never any issues with Wi-Fi connectivity or bandwidth. Communication: Jodi and Margie were incredibly responsive and easy to work with while planning and throughout our stay, often checking in to ensure our needs were met. Pool/Patio: After some initial review of instructions the pool and spa were easy to use, very clean, incredibly enjoyable and our favorite spot to spend time. We were fortunate to have some great weather and were able to use it every day. The kids loved spending time in the pool and there were plenty of pool amenities (noodles, chairs, diving rings, etc.). The south-facing patio offers incredible sunsets, and the rosemary bush by the spa offered a nice touch of aromatherapy (and cooking herbs) if you're so inclined. Clear nights were great for stargazing by the fire pit or from in the spa. Location: Wonderfully quiet area and neighborhood, far enough outside the metro area (40 mins SW of the airport) to reduce light pollution, but with shopping amenities (Safeway, Walgreens, etc.) within minutes. Review from our oldest (9): "It was really cool and I loved the pool! We went to the Grand Canyon and saw Meteor Crater. It was really warm outside and I also liked the hot tub! I missed my friends and the snow a bit but it was really fun!" We only tend to visit an area once so we can explore a lot of options, but we'll definitely consider going back to this area, and this property would be first on our list.

Everything we expected and MORE

We rented this house for the month of November and we were so pleased. The house was so clean, in fact it was the cleanest VRBO we have ever rented. Jodi/Margaret were so easy to work with and were readily available via text or email if needed. We loved that they had 2 bikes to use and the pool floats were used daily. There were spices and oils which was really nice that we didn't need to purchase all of that. The Safeway grocery store is about 4 minutes away. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and over looks a desert wash. We enjoyed cocktails and watched the sunset every night. They have an amazing gas fire feature as well as a gas grill. This place does not disappoint......

Perfect getaway

The entire house and grounds was perfect! It truly felt like you were staying at your best friends house. In the entire 30 days, I never ran into something I needed that wasn't there.

This is the house we want in Arizona!

Quite, gorgeous location.

Stayed for a week over Christmas with my husband and had a great time. The house is gorgeous with a stunning backyard overlooking the wash. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. The owners were very accommodating and even had a Christmas tree up in the house. Would definitely stay again.

Could not have been better!

My wife and I rented this lovely home for a Christmas getaway and loved everything about it. The owners went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed for relaxing in the sun. The community is quiet and conveniently located to reach shopping and restaurants yet away from the business of the big city. Loved the nearby hiking trails and use of the bikes too. The pool and hot tub were perfect as was the entertainment center in the living room. We really enjoyed seeing what Valley Life would be like in the winter and would recommend this home and these owners to anyone.
