Fun in the Sun BH102, an adorable condo, is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator access. It offers an open-concept living area provides enough space for your family to sit & relax together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twins. There a two full baths one in each bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
This condo is conveniently close to the large, heated pool, where you can lounge while enjoying beautiful views of the dunes and Gulf of Mexico.
Take a break from the pool in the onsite game room, which offers foosball, ping-pong, air hockey, and a TV lounge area. Perfect for a family vacation or reunion, there are many shaded seating areas to gather, chat, and enjoy a drink with others. Your kids will enjoy the play structure, and you can enjoy lunch on the picnic tables or use the community BBQ grills for a family cookout.
Pets are not permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only.
Per HOA: Before traveling to Port Aransas/Beachhead Condos, please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience:
Beachhead Condos allows parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Violators will be towed by the HOA
