The open kitchen, dining and living area is perfect for the whole family to gather. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a private bath and flat screen TV. The other two bedrooms both have queens and private baths. There is a set of built in bunk beds in a hallway. Enjoy the nice breezeway for relaxing and an outdoor shower. The complex features 2 lagoon pools with park grills for your use and a playground for the kids. Pirates Bay is just a 10 minute drive to the beach. Sun Castle is great for summer rentals, and Winter Texans will love the one story split bedroom plan. Sun Castle is smoke free, so please step outside to smoke. Pets are not allowed. This unit has parking for 2 cars, with required parking permits. Any additional cars will be towed, per the HOA. We are sorry, this is not a golf cart accessible property.
