Mi Casa Tu Casa BHD19003 is a super cute 1 bedroom bungalow that is located right next to the community pool. This downstairs unit is close to the beach making this the perfect weekend spot. The open living room area has a full kitchen with mini fridge and living area with a Queen size sleeper sofa. The private bedroom features a Queen size bed. Come relax and enjoy this island gem.
Port Aransas is a fun and funky island getaway for beach, sun and family fun! Nestled between the dunes of Mustang Island and the Corpus Christi Ship Channel, its tranquil beaches, gentle breezes and abundant wildlife are the perfect backdrop for your next vacation photos. Spend sun drenched days beachcombing for shells, strolling along the shoreline or splashing in our warm gulf waters. Adventure seekers will find activities that meet their speed like kite surfing, surfing, kayaking and more.
NO GARAGE ACCESS!
The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a disappointing experience during our stay. The air conditioner broke down, and when I called to report it, the woman on the phone made me feel belittled, as if my concern was trivial. The customer service was shockingly poor. When we ran out of toilet paper, the same woman didn't listen to me and insisted there was more, even though I explained we only had one roll. It felt like a hassle to get another roll, and I felt like I was bothering her. To top it off, the noise from the guests above us was unbearable; they were being intimate, and it was loud enough that it was inappropriate for my children to hear. Overall, our stay was far from satisfactory.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. We were super close to the beach in the car and the pool for our family was great and the fact it was so close was awesome. We wished the place told us what temperature to turn the AC down to the first night because we thought the AC did not work. But the property company was super responsive and so was the owner so once things were adjusted the place was great. We would recommend to others.

Budget friendly

Space was adequate for 2 adults and 1 child. Although it wasn’t far from the beach, it would have been too far to haul cooler, umbrellas etc and so we did have to drive. It took 10 minutes to walk there without hauling a thing. The property had AC but apparently it wasn’t adequate for the space so they installed a window unit which was so noisy that we turned it off whenever we were eating dinner or congregating at the kitchen table. Living space had a sleeper sofa that was not comfortable and we didn’t know where the sheets were. Bathroom was spacious but we stayed for almost a week and there weren’t enough towels. I would have hoped that some extra towels were left in the Closet but there weren’t any other items to substitute. No extra pillows, wash cloths. Unfortunately there wasn’t a washer and dryer either.we ended up buying extra towels to take to the pool. Kitchen was equipped with just the minimum. It was somewhat frustrating that there was only one baking pan. There weren’t any seasonings or left overs from other guests which you would normally find. We ran out of trash bags as well. Master bed has space for a king bed but there was only a full or maybe it was a queen but coming from a king size to a small bed is tough. There was also no TV in the bedroom which was rather disappointing when you’re trying to entertain a kid and get away yourself to watch a movie. The good thing was the grill and the lovely drive way patio and that it was located next to a pool. I would say, you get what you pay for. From a budget standpoint, the space was lovely. Other properties are more expensive and Pot A is becoming a popular spot driving prices up. I would stay here again if there weren’t any other options I could afford close to the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect location and very close to the pool which was very nice. However, our a/c was broken (they installed a window unit the day after we got there which helped tremendously.) it honestly felt like everything we touched in that house was broken. Two sets of blinds were broken, the doorknob to the pantry fell off when we opened it, the glass doors to the shower were off their tracks and would swing outward. (Very dangerous) & the utensils for you to cook with were very cheap, melted as I cooked with them. Overall can’t recommend this place to anyone. If ALL maintenance issues were fixed, it’s a perfect place for a single family to stay.

The condo was nicely laid out and modern. The pool was small but nicely laid out and close to the condo. The condo was clean and well maintained. We didn't have any maintenance problems. We brought more than one car and there is only a place for one car to park. The management company helped us with that. We enjoyed shells and tortuga in town.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The actual house was nicely decorated and clean, the sink in the bathroom did not drain without manually lifting the plug. They did not leave enough towels for our three day stay and the swimming pool was dirty. We go to Port A at least two times a summer and this has been our least favorite rental, the home itself was nice, the towel, sink and swimming pool situation was very inconvenient.

It is centrally located to everything that we wanted in our vacation; fishing piers, the beach, restaurants, golf cart rentals, fishing guided tours, gas stations, tourist shops. The rental was modern, the shower was a huge bonus, the kitchen was fully stocked with pans/toaster/coffee pot/ blender/bar glassware, and the appliances and kitchenware were GOOD quality. We stayed for a week, so the full kitchen was definitely convenient and well utilized. We were provided beforehand with all of the information of the things we should bring, and the app was really convenient. What you should expect to bring are things like paper towels, toilet paper, hand/dish soap, trash bags,etc., however they provided even more than we expected to get us started, seeing as how we came prepared. The house was very clean, the internet worked perfectly, and the cable had a lot of movie channels. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We were provided plenty of towels, linens, and items to start our trip. I really don't have enough great things to say. The pool is a little small, but nicely secluded. The outside area for grilling and hanging out is comfortable, there is a bench with chairs and two papasan chairs. The AC worked great, we did end up needing to turn the refrigerator down a bit lower, but that was in the instructions that I somehow passed over. It was me and my husband, and we had more than enough space, also the bed was comfortable. If I absolutely had to complain about anything, I guess I wish I had brought more hangers? I definitely plan on staying here again in the future and would definitely recommend it. This somehow looks nicer in person than it does on the pictures. Definitely worth the price, and we had a wonderful trip.

The mattress on the gueen sleeper soda was a little thin and no blanket was provided. The pool was stained looking probably from the hurricane. The management was very attentive to our questions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Mi Casa Tu Casa downstairs was just perfect. Great location just blocks from the beach and a short golf cart ride to some super delicious restaurants.(Venetian Hot Plate, Shells and Kody's) Bungalow was super clean and being the last unit in the row made it little less noisy not having neighbors on both sides, the unit has plenty of room for 2-3 people. The agents for the rental company were super friendly, polite and helpful. While we were staying we had a chance to meet the owner of the downstairs and upstairs rentals, he was very nice and super polite. Not only do I definitely recommend this unit, I will absolutely be renting this unit again..

We only had a couple of issues- There was only one full size dinner plate in the cupboard. The toilet seat kept trying to fall while in use. Having the pool open would have been nice as well. Overall, it was a great stay.
