Located in the desirable Spencer’s Landing neighborhood is Pop-A-Top, Port A’s premier vacation home! This pristine three-bedroom, two-bathroom home comfortably fits eight guests and is perfect for your next family vacation!

Pop-A-Top offers a fun and relaxed floor plan with its open living spaces. Never go hungry in the fully equipped kitchen where there is room to store your favorite groceries and make home-cooked meals during your stay. The dining table offers seating for seven with an additional four barstools. A washer and dryer are available at this home for your convenience, so feel free to pack light! The living room offers a flat-screen TV and DVD Player.

The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a flat-screen TV. The bunk bedroom has two sets of twin-size bunk beds. The second bathroom is located near both bedrooms.

From Pop-A-Top, you can enjoy the view of the pool and gorgeous grounds and feel the peaceful setting while you get away from the regular hustle and bustle of life. Relax in the community pool or take a short stroll and find yourself at the beach. Wash off the salty sand with the outdoor shower. Enjoy the outdoor grill for added flavor. Pop-A-Top is the perfect beach getaway. Pets up to 25 pounds are welcome. Parking is available for five vehicles and includes boat parking. Additional amenities include flat-screen TVs in every room, free Wi-Fi, picnic table, fresh towels and linens, private balconies and Silver Sands concierge service. Golf carts are available to rent.

Cold Showers

The majority of the stay we didn’t have hot water because there were issues with the water heater. I had to call the office 3 times due to not having hot water. The house was cozy. It was well stocked with pots & pans but could use more mixing bowls, leftover containers, dish towels, & spatulas.

Not Worth the Money — Disappointed with Cleanliness

Not Worth the Money — Disappointed with CleanlinessI wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made. While I wasn’t expecting luxury based on the photos, the home was uncomfortably dirty, dusty, and in serious need of a deep clean. It feels like the baseboards haven’t been touched in years. There were bugs, the carpet smelled of mildew, and parts of it appeared moldy. The bedsheets had visible stains, and we found hair and dust throughout the space. The property has potential to be charming with some care and attention, but as it stands, it’s not worth the cost. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, not a bonus.

Gets the job done

Pretty bare bones rental: kitchen amenities were basic but at least clean. Towels were in the dryer when we arrived, seemed weird but at least, again, clean The community pool was nice and not overly crowded Easy access by cart (separate rental) to the beach It's your standard beach rental. Nothing more, nothing less

Nice get away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay. Ac is super cold. Master bed is a queen and not a king, but super comfy. We brought a blow up mattress (cause we had 8 people) and put it in the living/dining room. Lots of room underneath the home for washers or ladder golf. No beach view but still worth it. We were a golf cart ride within 5 minutes from everything.

Memorial Day weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the spot was a good location. Neighbors were friendly. Had a good time. The rug inside was very dirty, light bulbs were missing, the code to enter was wrong, and the master bedroom shower knob was broken. other than that it was good. Air conditioner worked great and that's always a plus in my book.

Pop a top never fails

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Pop a Top the last two Fourth of July's and my kids and I love it every time. Location is perfect this little home has everything you need having the golf cart and outside shower is such a convenient option to have. If your ever here for the Fourth of July you just drive all the way down Station street and you will find a fishing pier you can watch the fireworks from. You will not be disappointed with this rental.

Fabulous week at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this rental! It was clean and had everything we needed. The added golf cart is a great value and great fun! Wish the bed linens were a bit more comfy but we'll bring our own next time. Super easy check in and check out. They even had the golf cart and key waiting for us when we arrived. Great stay!
