If you're looking for more organized activities, Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center is less than a mile away as well. The guest bath is complete with towels and linens. You will also find a bonus room off from the living room with a desk & pull out sleeper sofa if you need a little extra sleeping space. Of course there is the charming enclosed lanai which is set up with a table and seating for 4, heat & A/C, and a flat screen TV making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. This home is set up for entertaining so invite your new friends over! 

This Dog Friendly (under 60 lbs) home comes complete with 2 gas Golf Carts (2 seater and 4 seater), bicycles, & WiFi internet.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickle-ball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
