I've been staying at houses in Sunriver for a while now and have a pretty good lay-of-the-land for expectations. This house was seriously lacking in a lot of ways.- So many huge carpenter ants inside and out. We couldn't walk on the back porch without them crawling all over our feet. It was gross.- The oven was so underpowered that we couldn't use it. Tried to bake cookies and it took almost an hour to get them done. Same with the dryer -- each normal-sized load took over an hour to get dry.- There are no door stops in the bathroom and garage, so when the doorknobs hit the wall, it would unknowingly activate the lock. In the 4 days we were there we had to unlock the doors about 5 times. - There were extra pillows but no extra pillow cases. Extra mattresses but no sheets. Only 4 dishtowels in the whole house. 10 SHARC passes, but no beach towels for use. A ping pong table in the garage, but all of the balls and paddles were broken or damaged beyond usage. We had one small roll of paper towels and only a few dishwasher pods -- had to go buy more just to make it through our vacation.All in all just such an underwhelming experience. We definitely won't be returning to any properties managed by this company.

Family reunion

Great experience. Loved that there were so many beds. Ping pong and hot tub were a bonus. We brought our own bikes but it was nice to know there were some available if we needed. Really great location!

Spacious, nice location, A/C.

We rented this for a family reunion. It is near the center of Sunriver so not to far to any point, and only five minutes from Fort Rock Park where we had evening dinners and activities. The house had plenty of room for visitors and the A/C was much appreciated with outdoor temperatures reaching 100 degrees. Bedroom layout provides privacy with master suite at ground level, king/bunks/twin up one set of stairs, and other two bedrooms up a second set of stairs. Note: though this is listed as having five bedrooms, there are only four that are functional since one was converted to a den. Four was sufficient for our party since there was a last minute cancellation.

Excellent Sunriver Property

Very nice house for 8 people, two families in Bend area. Great deck looking out over bike trail and forest. Nice outdoor seating for 8. We grilled outside, it was nice and well equiped. The hot tub is private and nice condition. We used it. There is a nice master bedroom with king but the other king upstairs has the other beds in it, so great for family with small kids but not good for grown kids. Good location for Sunriver, Bend, and Bachelor activities.

Perfect Family Getaway

The home is spacious and located close to all the kids favorites! We biked to Fort Rock Park, the SHARC, and the Village daily. The living space is open and inviting and the spacious kitchen was great for visiting while preparing meals. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

This property worked perfect for our family getaway. The house was as advertised and did not disappoint. Would love to do it again!

Great House

The house itself had lots to offer! Although it wasn’t as clean as it could be. There was lots of garbage under beds and it was poorly stocked with toilet paper and towels.

Decent

The house was decently equipped but missing an iron, I felt for the money they should have one. Also didn’t have any plungers in the bathrooms. We had to wait to use a bathroom for a day due to this. Lots of space and great location.
