This spacious, multi-level retreat was designed for families and friends to come together while still having plenty of room to spread out. Thoughtfully equipped with TVs in every bedroom, ping pong, foosball, bikes, a gas BBQ, and a private hot tub, this home balances fun and relaxation so guests can focus on what matters most—making memories.

The main level invites gathering with its open living area, complete with cozy leather seating, a sleeper sofa, board games, and a gas fireplace framed by large windows. From here, step onto the deck for fresh mountain air or a soak in the hot tub. The adjacent dining room and kitchen provide everything needed to share meals and moments—granite counters, stainless appliances, induction cooktop, and a large dining table where stories are told long after the plates are cleared.

Each bedroom offers comfort and privacy, whether it’s the queen bedroom on the main level, the king ensuite with soaking tub and double vanities, or the tucked-away spaces for kids and guests. The upstairs rooms feature both king and twin beds, including a private deck, while the bunk room offers a playful spot for younger guests.

The lower level is made for connection and laughter, with a bonus room offering sofas, a sleeper, foosball, streaming TV, and plenty of games. From here, you’ll find the garage stocked with bikes and a ping pong table, encouraging adventure beyond the front door.

To ensure all family members feel at home, this property welcomes dogs (two max, fees apply). Every detail has been curated with care, so you can focus less on logistics and more on the joy of being together.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was welcoming and clean. The host was very attentive and always available for any needs. Overall I would absolutely rent this place again!

Great Family Getaway

Every spring, some of my family friends and extended family join up for a trip to Bend/ Sunriver. This house was a great place to spend a few days and had plenty of common space for others staying elsewhere to join for meals and hot tubbing! Some of the sleeping arrangements were a bit awkward (futon in the basement, twin room accessed through king room), but such a great price and worth it for the "toys," (hot tub, ping pong, cruiser bikes) that we really appreciated. Kitchen well stocked, and host company was super responsive - even helped immediately when the hot tub started misbehaving. Love Sunriver!

Perfect for large families or groups

We have stayed in about 10 different properties in Sunriver. This house works really well for large families or multiple families. There’s plenty of spaces for everyone to chill out. One quirky thing is that the bedroom with 2 beds connects to the middle master bedroom so anyone staying in that room has to go through the master to reach the bathroom or living room. Don’t forget your shampoo/conditioner/soap (only 1 tiny soap per sink provided) and some extra tissues/napkins/TP if staying more than 3 nights. Overall a great house for groups and pet friendly.

Loved the house. It worked perfectly for us.

Felt like we were being nickled and dimed to death. Family members were coming from all over the country and early check in was only allowed an hour and half early and they wanted more money. Other family members renting from different companies were much more accommodating. At the same time our inbox is full of ads from Bennington Properties.

Loved it!

This is one of two houses we rented for a company retreat. It was awesome to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms to go around. There is helpful info on the entry table and in other logical places regarding the heat/air/electrical/fireplaces (good idea to review before everyone tucks in for the night!). Kitchen was excellently equipped. As noted in other reviews, the twin bedroom is only accessed through the king master. This wasn't a problem, but good to know! Communication with management was fast and thorough, and made check-in and check-out fast and easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Sunriver 2021

The ping pong table and football table and the bikes were all used and enjoyed. However, we were very disappointed that we could not uses the swimming pools or any pool.

Good place for a large group

It was really a great holiday and the house worked very well for the size of our group (15). I would recommend this house, and would use it again.

Great for a family stay!

We were an extended family of 11 with ages 8 to 74. It was perfect for us with room to congregate but also spread out. Wonderful deck for grilling, eating, and enjoying the spa. Also enjoyed the nearly daily visits from deer. We would definitely return!

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We expected a first-class home and were disappointed. One significant sleeping area (with 4 beds) lacked a/c and the windows lacked screens. The lighting system malfunctioned and lights either remained on all night or couldn't be turned on. The ping pong table collapsed. The brick entryway was significantly uneven with several potential stumble points. The vacuum cleaner failed to function. The overall quality of the home was less than expected. Bennington Property's response to our complaints was appropriate as far as they could correct the problems. We would NOT rent this house again. .
