Please Note
This property is registered as a vacation rental with the City of Sarasota, Registration No. VR22-00008. Per City of Sarasota code, this property may only be rented once per seven-day period with a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet — breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone.

Surface clean but the property is obviously very often rented. Typical Florida insects but could have been deep cleaned better. Property was listed with use of the golf cart and then told after check-in it was for owners only, despite signing paperwork to use. Pool was very nice to have. Lower level stays constantly moist and muggy. Maintenance was very prompt for fixing CO2 sensors and broken dryer.

Host was very friendly. Neighborhood was perfect. Loved the backyard and the decors and layout of the home. Home had an unpleasant smell, especially the lower level. Maybe cloth living room furniture could be replaced. Vender schedule was completely off.

Family Beach Vacation

Casa Leone was the perfect place for our family of 10. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub, Black Pearl pontoon rental and the close proximity to Siesta Key Beach. Thank you for providing a large cooler, beach caddy, big umbrella & sand toys for the kids. We had a wonderful week!

Great Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Leone. The house was great, but the backyard was the best part! The privacy, pool, and putting green were all big hits with our family. We had a few minor questions come up regarding the property and all questions were answered quickly by the property manager. We hope to be back soon!

April School Family Vacation

Review of property

The property and property management were great . The home is well stocked with items for beach, bikes to ride around neighborhood, and towels for the pool. There are some issues with the heater in the pool not communicating with the panel so too hot but guest relations sent someone out each time to work on it; The cupcakes upon arrival were a nice touch.

Amazing home!

The house was wonderful, nicely decorated, plenty of space. Our group consisted of 4 adults, 2 7-year olds, and one 15 month old. The kitchen had just about everything you could need. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Nice quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach and stores. I have nothing negative to say at all- the only recommendations would be to have some more lighting around the pool area for evening time and a few more (sharp) knives in the kitchen. So many extras- beach toys, boogie boards, beach cart, bikes, baby gates, beach towels. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and wonderful property

We truly enjoyed the house - the back yard was a little oasis and was perfect for our needs. The location was great - close enough to all the hubbub of town and beaches but far enough away that our stay was quiet and peaceful.

Fantastic retreat

Casa Leone had it all: great floor plan for families, screened porch for meals, pool and spa, well-appointed kitchen, and convenient location to Siesta Key town and beach. The management and concierge services were professional, efficient, and friendly. We definitely would return to Casa Leone.

It was fun and nice place for girls trip.

We had some hiccups upon check in. The coffee make was not clean to a point of unusable. The washer didn’t work and this was confirmed a day before that we had a washer dryer to use. The pool was not heated and spa not working. Both were so cold. After calling the office on these items, they were very helpful i resolving issues. The pool was up and running after a day and they picked up our laundry for service to accommodate. We even had brand new towels dropped off so we could go to the beach. We were expecting a call from management regarding the issues and possible refund. This has not happened and is a bit disappointing. It’s been about a month without a returned call. Overall this is a great property and management is very helpful. We had a great time. Enough beds and accommodates a large number comfortably. I am still hopeful that management will call us back as they had indicated. Everyone gets busy.

Wonderful family vacation

My family and I stayed at this rental property for 10 days august 2021. I want to start with saying that the property really was exactly as listed, all pictures were spot on and nothing was left hidden! Upon arrival. Check in was very easy with just a lockbox entry and never any direct contact which was appreciated during current times. The house was very fresh and clean. Rooms were very clean as well! There is three total full bathrooms in the house which was much appreciated, although there is no bathtub (standing showers only), which was fine for us anyways. The outdoor porch was enclosed from bugs and great for evenings and everybody loves the pool and jacuzzi when it was too hot to be on the beach ! The backyard is lovely because it’s closed off and very private ! The house also had multiple beach chairs and a wagon and umbrellas ! And about 4 or 5 bikes for riding around the neighborhood which was great. The kitchen had more than enough silverware and glasses/ dishes and had a coffee maker, tea kettle, and all other necessities. They also provide many beach towels if you don’t have your own which was nice to have extras ! The customer service center was great as they were very quick to respond to any questions we had ! Usually within the hour ! We were about a 7 min drive to siesta key beach but due to red tide we didn’t go there much and went to lido beach more often, which was still about a 18 min drive so it was bad either ! Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend to families ! Check out was also very easy !

Perfect Home for Us

Our family of 12 enjoyed staying at Casa Leone so much! This was our first family vacation to the gulf coast. The house was very clean and was well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We all enjoyed the pool and spa daily especially with the presence of red tide in the ocean our entire week. The beach towels, toys, chairs, bicycles and wagon were all so nice to have provided for us. Siesta Key vacation home

Wonderful family vacation! Siesta Keys beaches are absolutely beautiful and the sand is so soft and cool. The water was warm and emerald green. The local eating establishments were so good and little shops were quaint. The house was perfect for our vacation with all the amenities and comforts of home. The neighborhood, landscaping, pool and hot tub were a wonderful addition. Beds and pillows were super comfy. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach cart as well. The welcoming cupcakes were the perfect personal touch!!

Hurricane Elsa Retreat

Casa Leone is exactly as portrayed on VRBO-A Tropical Oasis! It is located in a beautiful upscale neighborhood just a short walk from the bay. The house perfectly accommodated all 9 of us. We enjoyed the pool, hot spa and grill all while being surrounded by the most amazing palm trees and tropical vegetation. The kitchen was pretty well equipped except for sharp knives, spices and storage containers for leftovers. We had a few minor issues which were immediately addressed in less than a couple of hours . Management is top notch and accessible with friendly staff. The best part of our stay was celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at St. Michael's with our family and enjoying the beautiful beach. We highly recommend beach access 5 or 7 if you like less of a crowd. We survived Hurricane Elsa in this lovely home and felt safe with all the protocol management put into place by sending staff to secure all large outdoor objects. We highly recommend this house! We are very thankful to the Cottages Management whom helped make our stay a pleasurable one.

Maintenance SEVERELY Needed

Maintenance needs to come in and do a check of house. Porch railings loose and falling off, several kitchen cupboards are falling off, backyard lights didn't work, pool lights didn't work, shower heads don't work properly, and house needs a deep cleaning including washing walls and woodwork. Our biggest complaint is I feel the "walk to the beach" is very falsely advertised. It is not a 2 minute walk to the beach at all. I even asked after a trip down in March, and was reassured it was. Overall we liked the house. But would not stay there again. Too much money, for that specific house and proximity to the beach.

Absolute paradise

The property and surrounding area are simply stunning. We found the house to be super clean and inviting. We spent most of our time in the pool. There was plenty of cooking utensils. The times I reached out to the property managers, I was responded to super quickly. The only recommendation I would make to future guests is bringing a gallon or two of water, as the water on the key is a little funky.
