Pet Friendly Mountain Home w/Hot Tub, 10 Mins from Ski Resort & on Shuttle Route

Welcome to YOUR OWN mountain oasis ,only 10 mins. from Winter Park Resort, in the neighboring town of Fraser. This SINGLE FAMILY home is 2,350 sq. ft. of pure mountain living. This 3 story home, full of natural light, sits on 1 acre of wooded landscape with southwest facing views of the Continental Divide and Byers Peak through the trees. Spend the day enjoying the outdoors and then relax in our private 5 person hot-tub or by the indoor gas fireplace. A remodeled and well appointed kitchen allows for home cooked meals which can be enjoyed around the indoor dining room table and breakfast bar. If you're still not tired of the outdoors after a long day of skiing, biking or hiking, enjoy dining and that glass of wine or Colorado craft beer on our back deck or flagstone patio. Our patio has a wood fire pit and Adirondack chairs, when it's not buried under all that snow! If you're lucky it'll be a clear evening and the stars and the Milky Way will put on a show for you. It's amazing how the sky lights up when you're away from the city lights! Time to come back inside? Gather your family and friends by the gas fireplace and stream your favorite movie on our smart TV. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms, a sleeping loft and 3 1/2 baths. Two of the guest bedrooms are on the lower floor, 1 with a connected full bath and the other bath right outside the bedroom door. The lower level has been newely renovated. The master bedroom is lofted, and is located on the top floor. It has a private deck and a newly remodeled bathroom. Bathroom has a large walk in shower that makes you feel like you are showering amongst the tree tops! There is a small lofted area just outside the master bedroom with a single daybed, great for up to 2 children or 1 adult to sleep and/or for you to hide away to read that book you brought with you or that you borrowed from our book shelf. There is also a washer and dryer available on the lower level for your use.

During the ski season, we always hope for snow, but cleaning off your car is no fun. Park two cars in the garage and up to 2 others in our large driveway. Don't feel like driving at all once you get here? No problem. This home is only 1 country block away from the ski resort shuttle bus stop. It picks up and drops off every 30 minutes during the ski season. Other conveniences include Safeway grocery store and liquor store less than 1 mile away and many restaurants in the towns of Winter Park, Fraser and Tabernash.

Don't want to leave fido at home? I have a Border Collie of my own and totally understand. The home is pet friendly (2 max) with an incremental pet fee to cover the cost of housekeeping fees that we are charged. Our fee is $200.00 total for up to 7 nights.
