Beautiful large custom home nestled on 2.5 acres. Built in 2000 and is in like new condition. This home can easily accommodate up to 3 families with 3 levels, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

This home has 3 living levels, each having a separate sleeping and bathroom area. In addition to the kitchen on the main floor there is a large wetbar/kitchenette on the lower walkout level. The walk-out lower level has large recreation and theater room.

The upper level has a oversized King master bedroom suite with full bath and also has an attached loft area. The loft can be used for sleeping as well.

The main floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a locally craftman made cherry King size bed and the other with bunk beds that sleeps 4 (double over double), this floor also has a full bath.

The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other bedroom is very large with two bunk beds which sleeps 6 (double over double & single over single ), this floor also has a full bath. The lower level now has a queen size sleeper sofa as well.

The multiple levels of this home make it the perfect setup for larger groups, either extended family or family friends each having their own sleeping areas.

Home is furnished and guest may use our high speed internet service.

Enjoy the views off the large front deck sitting around a gas fire pit, that has connecting stairs to the lower level deck/patio. The deck also has a large gas grill that you may enjoy the use of. Guests may also enjoy the use of a new larger 8 person Hot Tub!

We are just 15-20 minutes from winter park ski area, and 10 minutes from Sol Vista Ski area. During summer, the 3 lakes of Granby, Grand, and Shadow Mountain are about 20 minutes away. Rocky Mountain National Park is within 30 minutes.

House is only minutes from Devils Thumb Ranch, which is a desirable place to check out with their pools, sauna, spa, zip lines, 2 restaurants, bar, horseback riding, sleigh rides, wine cellar.
