This charming 3 bedroom/2 bath Cape has so much to offer and is just a short drive to Mayflower Beach (3.1 miles) and Corporation Beach. It is conveniently located close to Dennis Village where you will find all kinds of shopping, the Scargo Cafe, the Harvest Gallery Wine Bar, the Mercantile, Nancy's Candy, the Ice Cream Smuggler, the famous Cape Playhouse and so much more. The Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike path) and golf are also nearby.

The home sits on a quiet residential cul-de-sac and is comfortably furnished and family-friendly. The living area is clean, open and airy with lots of natural light, and the bedrooms are spacious. Decorated with the renter in mind, this home will not disappoint. And the private backyard is great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Reserve now before it's too late.

Saturday to Saturday rental in the summer.

The kitchen was excellent. It had extra spices, and plastic bags and aluminum foil, etc. It had a lot of small appliances with 2 types of coffee makers. It had silverware, dishes and glasses. Dish towels, and paper towels. Very clean. The refrigerator was large and had an ice maker.

My wife and I spent a thoroughly enjoyable week at this charming, thoughtfully appointed, and spotlessly clean home in a quiet South Dennis enclave. Communication with the owner was excellent. The few questions that we had were answered promptly and helpfully. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The overall decor created a very restful coastal vibe. Families with kids will be treated to a lovely, private backyard and a wide array of beach gear. We hope to return next summer with our grandchildren. All in all, a 10/10!

Family Summer Vacation

Sue’s home is outstanding and extremely well-appointed and so comfortable. She thought of everything. Highly recommend! Our whole family (from the 5-year old to the 64-year old) appreciated and enjoyed every moment of our stay. We hope to be back!!

Relaxing on the Cape

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Cape rental. The owner was responsive to all inquiries and this house is well stocked with everything you may need, including linens, beach chairs, towels, kids games and books galore. The outdoor shower was a nice treat, too. Our family was very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and close to Dennis restaurants, beaches and shopping. Plus, having AC is a must in the summer. You will feel right at home there.

Excellent stay in Dennis

Our family stayed at this property in Sep 2024 and all of us loved it! The house is very clean, full of amenities one would expect (and more) and is located very close to all the best beaches in Dennis. The included linens/towels are also a big plus! The communication with the host has been excellent and I would recommend this property to anyone in a heartbeat. 10/10!

An incredible stay

This house was even better than the pictures - a lovely space, thoughtfully decorated and so comfortable. We came to the Cape to say goodbye to my mother and scatter her ashes and to be with family and Sue’s place was quiet and convenient for everything we needed to do. All the kitchen equipment we needed was there and more and the TV was great to watch when we felt like a rest. The outdoor space was gorgeous and the whole house was spotless. We hope to be back again next year.

Perfect Stay

House was perfect. Had every amenity you would need including beach chairs ,books, puzzles and games for the Grandkids if you wanted to use them. Also very clean and well maintained. Back deck and outdoor shower were great. Location was great as well. Quick ride to bayside beaches. Could get to pretty much anything you would want to do on a cape vacation in 15 minutes. Sue was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home!

This home was just what our family of 6 needed! It was clean, organized, well stocked and in an easy location for us to get to the beach! My boys especially liked the outdoor shower for after a day at the beach. We really enjoyed our time at this house and are looking forward to going back!

Everything you need, and very clean!

We had a great time, plenty of space for everyone and close to everything. The house was very clean, no issues but was able to communicate with owner prior to checkin. We look forward to staying in the future!

Perfect spot

My family and I (including our 6 week old) stayed at Sue’s for a wedding at The Dennis Inn. It was super conveniently located to the venue and a few other restaurants as well. The neighborhood was really cute , I just wish the weather was better so we could have gone for a walk! The place was set up perfectly with a big room on the first floor that fit our bassinet and then the two other bedrooms upstairs away from the middle of the night cries. Sue had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Great communication and easy check in/check out. Thanks !

Cape stay

My family had a wonderful stay. The home was comfortable and clean, and had enough room for my husband and myself, our adult daughter and her friend, and our teenage daughter. The outdoor shower was a favorite of everyone, and the deck and yard was great. The check in and out process was seamless and easy. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

Ambiance chaleureuse, on se sent comme chez soi

Tout était parfait pour une semaine en famille. Tout près de la magnifique plage Mayflower. De nombreux jeux pour l'intérieur et la plage étaient disponibles. Parasols, chaises et sacs de plage étaient aussi fournis. Le rue est tranquille et le voisinage est très accueillant. La maison est magnifique. Nous avons profité du grand patio, de la cour et de la douche extérieure. On y retourne c'est certain.

Immaculate and well kept vacation home

This is our second time at this vacation home. Sue is suoer responsive to questions. There have been many upgrades since our first stay. We really enjoyed the new Tommy Bahama beach chairs. It was very muggy during our stay- the central air was much appreciated. The house was stocked with everything we needed. I enjoyed grilling on the new Weber. This is the cleanest property I have ever rented and am looking forward to another stay.

Dream Summer Vacation House

Our family has been going to Cape Cod for summer vacations for a number of years and this house was by far our favorite. The owner of this house has all your needs covered with every thinkable amenity available for your convenience. The owner is responsive to emails which is always a plus. The house is clean with an open floor plan in a great neighborhood and convenient to a number of beaches and shops. I would highly recommend this property to families looking for their next best vacation.

So very homey!

This place was so homey and perfect for our little family. The house was clean and organized. The decor in the house was so cute! All the bedrooms were very roomy, decor was cozy. The kid room upstairs was phenomenal! Our kids LOVED the decor, and setup and the books in the kids bedroom. Communication before/after and during our trip was great. We would totally come back. The neighborhood was nice and quiet too. The book in the kitchen for all instructions was very helpful and thorough. The kitchen was really great and fully stocked and comfortable. Loved our experience!
