Located North of 6A, this home includes two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. You will be staying in a well established quiet neighborhood that allows for days at the beach and cool nights on the deck. Just a short drive away, enjoy beautiful Dennis Village, Scargo Cafe, the Cape Playhouse and the Cape Cod Museum of Art. East Dennis is central to all of Cape Cod. Come and enjoy Cape Cod this summer!

Best cape rental

Weā€™ve rented many places on the cape and this was by far the best place weā€™ve ever stayed. It was clean, comfortable, perfect location. Everything we needed and wanted was there. We will definitely book this house again!

Lovely charming & tucked away

The property was immaculate and entered to a clean smell, fresh sheets, and I suspect recent paint / updates. The bedrooms met all our needs, the patio area was charming and the house nestled away in a shady neighborhood close to the beach. Space was outfitted with everything we needed and yet minimal extra clutter. We were a multigenerational family of vacationers with young kids and grandparents happily using the first floor, parents enjoying the top floor suite. Laundry from INSIDE the house (all our past rentals have been outdoor bilco door access) As an average size person, I loved the amenities of the house; the bigger men in our group found the kitchen and bathroom a little tight. Pleasant walk to nearby beach, easy drive to Mayflower beach and the donut shop, many restaurants. Overall a glorious cape week setting.

The Perfect Summer Home!

Our family absolutely loved our stay. Kathy was very attentive and helpful- a great host. The property was clean, cute and perfectly sized for our family. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and conveniently located to several restaurants, general stores and ice cream! Highly recommend for a family beach vacation!

Always Amazing

This was our third summer staying at this beautiful home. The house is always clean and comfortable. The check in process is simple and Kathy is communicative, making the entire process a breeze! This year we walked down to the ocean and spent the mornings at the beach and then walked with our 11 year old girls to swim in Scargo lake after lunch. We finished the day off with evening sunsets every night. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Great house in great location

Loved the easy stroll to the beach and proximity to Dennis Village for shops and restaurants. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable for three adults and one young child, with room to spare. Owner was very helpful.

Great house & location

Awesome Cape vacation home. House is fresh & clean with all of the amenities we needed, The beautiful ocean beach is a short walk away. This was our second year back in this beautiful home. It was clean, welcoming, the neighborhood is quiet and itā€™s just a short walk to a great little beach. The owner is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend and will be back again next year!

Beautiful Bayside Beach Vacation

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful home. This home is clean and beautiful just as the pictures show, and well stocked with everything you would need for the week. The neighborhood is quiet, everyone was so friendly in the area, and the walk to the beach was very easy with two 9 year old children. The beaches are gorgeous at low tide with calm clear water for the kids to play. (Definitely plan the beach time around low tide and maybe bring some water shoes to cross the rocks higher up on the beach. Once you crossed the rocks the bottom was sandy and smooth!). We walked to the beach every evening for sunset as well and the views were magnificent. Traveling with 2 small 3 person families we were a little concerned about the size and layout of the home -two of the bedrooms were right off the main dining and living area- but it ended up being totally fine and everyone slept comfortably. Kathy was very welcoming and responsive-a great host! We will definitely keep this home in mind for our future vacations.

Excellent!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Down to shampoo and soap in every bathroom, including the outdoor shower! Itā€™s in the cutest little neighborhood with some of the friendliest people we have ever met. The beach was such a short walk and perfect for our 2.5 year old! We strolled her down to the beach in her radio flyer wagon and she loved it. Scargo lake is also a short walk and just beautiful. We went there to enjoy our morning coffee. Kathy is an excellent host!! We are already in talks of booking again soon! Donā€™t hesitate, book this property!
