Fresh paint and flooring in 2021. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of Saratoga Springs then take a quick drive to this 1,000 square foot retreat. Separate, off street parking. A short walking path leads you to your private entrance. Warm and inviting, this walk out apartment boasts and open floor plan with high ceilings and a 52 inch TV with Roku and wireless internet access. The large full bathroom is located away from the bedroom, so one can get ready for the day while the other sleeps comfortably in the queen size bedroom complete with electric fireplace, TV with Roku and your choice of pillows. The well equipped kitchen includes a large refrigerator that allows for storage of everything you bring with you, with plenty of room for bags of ice. Make coffee or tea and a full breakfast on the two burner cooktop. Use the microwave to rewarm leftovers from downtown or make surf and turf on your private grill (propane provided). Enjoy cocktails and charcuterie on your private patio (complete with 56ā€ TV with Roku), or enjoy a nightcap by the pond-side fire pit, listening to the crickets. So many ways to relax! Spa towels and linens provided. Main house may be occupied during your stay.

Carrieā€™s place was super clean and neat as a pin! We appreciated the snacks from local places and the restaurant suggestions during our stay. The neighborhood and backyard are very peaceful and picturesque, offering a nice place for our morning coffee. The place is very spacious and really has everything you need for a weekend stayā€¦or longer! We will definitely stay again in the future when visiting Saratoga and the area.

I have used VRBO many times and I think this was the BEST place I have ever stayed!!!.. You could eat off the floor it was so clean!!!.. Beautiful setting, quiet and SO much room!!!!! Plan on coming back next summer for sure!!!!!!

A Lovely Place to Get Away

The place was quiet and peaceful, with all the necessities provided. The view was beautiful. The hosts just let me come and go as I needed to, and I appreciated the easy drive to all that Saratoga Springs has to offer. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Quiet Getaway

Scott and Carrie's place is a great location for a quiet getaway, but close to everything "Saratoga." Very spacious and well appointed. Would definitely recommend! Thank You Scott and Carrie, we had a great time.

Amazing Oasis, 15 mins from everything

We loved our amazing oasis just minutes from town, campus & the lake. Carrie & Scott had everything we could have needed on hand & there was nothing better than returning to the apt to watch the sunset over the marsh from the deck outside our room. Highly recommend this comfortable, cozy & relaxing spot on your next trip to Saratoga Springs!

Clean, comfortable and affordable

We booked this property when we got concert tickets at Saratoga Performing Arts Center and needed a place to stay. The apartment is less than 10 mins from the venue and a fraction of the cost to stay in the nearby hotels. The space was large, nicely decorated, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more.

Beautiful

Such a beautiful home, the backyard patio is so peaceful and Serene. The apartment itself is massive and beautiful. We enjoyed our little get away. They had a little welcome basket for us when we arrived such a great touch. We will try and get this every time we head to SPAC.

Serene Saratoga

The rental was beautiful and very comfortable in a great location approximately half way between Saratoga Springs and Ballston Spa, about 4 miles distant from each. It was exceptionally clean and quiet being located in an upscale neighborhood. The back of the house with the entrance is adjacent to woods and a wetland and so is very quiet. Bird feeders are a nice touch! We enjoy our stay very much and would certainly return in the future.

Opening Racing Weekend...šŸŽ Amazing!

This property was a perfect place for my husband and I going to the track for the weekend. Scott and Carrie did everything to accommodate our stay. The property is decorated beautifully with the Saratoga horse theme. It was also very peaceful, we slept in until 9:30 both mornings! Thank you Scott & Carrie for an awesome weekend!

Tranquility to the highest degree

What a beautiful home. Very clean and spacious. The outdoor grounds were gorgeous our only regret was that we didnā€™t have enough time to enjoy spending time outside. Scott and Carrie were always reachable to answer questions. We highly recommend this rental.

Just a short drive from downtown and you will find this wonderful getaway! It is very spacious and the owners have truly thought of everything. We enjoyed sipping cocktails on the quiet patio after a day at the track. Restaurants are not far and we quickly stopped for breakfast on our way out of town. A nice find overall. Relaxing getaway

We loved that this place was secluded yet close enough to explore the area. Unfortunately we were only able to stay for 2 nights but it was really enjoyable. We especially like sitting on the patio and watching the birds and chipmunks. We also liked going to the winery and to Lake Local to sit outside by the water. We only wish we had a chance to actually meet our hosts to say "Thank you" for a nice and quiet escape. Next time we hope to attend a horse race. Even from the street the track property looked amazing. We highly recommend staying at this house.

Lovely Long Weekend

Great apartment for a long weekend visiting track and SPAC. (about 6 miles to track and easy drive to shops/restaurants on Broadway). Large open concept, separate bedroom and even a nice gas fireplace that takes chill off air if needed. We have stayed in a handful of VRBO apartments world wide and this was up there with the others we have enjoyed. Everything as described. On a side note, we got some great sandwiches to go for the track at Roma Import Company- just down the road.

Great location and adorable rental!

My boyfriend and I such a great time staying here! The location was in great proximity to the racetrack and downtown (about 10 minutes), as well as the winery which was 2 minutes away. Everything was brand new and the decor was adorable and so fitting for Saratoga! The space was nice and open too. We enjoyed being able to grill and use the kitchen to cook. Carrie and Scott were also incredibly helpful when it came to restaurant recommendations and tips for going to the racetrack. Also super responsive anytime we had a question. Overall great experience!! I would definitely come back!

The prefect blend of quiet oasis and fun family neighborhood, we are close to everything- Ballston Spa, Saratoga, the Adirondacks, and all of the fantastic eating and shopping one could ask for. We cannot imagine raising our family and living our lives anyplace else.

The rental is truly private and quiet, and it a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day of vacationing. Donā€™t be surprised if you are greeted by birds and deer outside beyond the patio in the morning.
