Both guest bedrooms have an ensuite with a tub/shower combo, guaranteeing your comfort and privacy. The classically white bathrooms appeal with clean, clear lines and a crisp ambiance. An additional half bath is conveniently located off the foyer for the convenience of your guests. Complimentary WiFi is provided in this unit and throughout the entire property.

AMENITIES INFO: Without paying an additional fee you will have access to the sparkling Avalon pool and hot tub and you may patron the fine dining restaurant, "The Coast" with a spectacular Gulf view from The Clubhouse second floor (Seasonally) or "The Hide Away" bar and grill on the North side of the resort and you may patron the salon and spa located on the first floor of "The Clubhouse". Seasonally, there is a tram for free rides around the resort. Also, seasonally, beach rentals are available through The Clubhouse, which includes parasailing, kayaks, water rides and more, but fees apply for each item. You may use the charcoal grills located on The Clubhouse lawn and the playground, which is available for your enjoyment. Seasonally, food trucks and live music is available near the entrance of the property and provides a more casual dining option. If you would like to access "The Club's Private Amenities" which includes an outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, tiki bar and grill, children activities and tennis courts, a daily fee of approximately $45 per day, which covers everyone in your party, per day, for the days you choose. The fee decreases slightly for each additional day. There is a special rate for monthly winter guests.
