Escape to our newly remodeled ranch house on a private 100-acre land. Enjoy the beautiful nature, wildlife, and scenery our home has to offer. Our home is designed for those who are seeking a luxurious retreat in nature.Take amazing pictures of astonishing panoramic views of the Livermore Valley and hills. Great for getting ready for the special wedding, family get together, and corporate retreats.

The space

Many superb hiking trails surrounding the property i.e The Morgan Territory Regional Preserve, Mount Diablo, and Los Vaqueros Reservoir. You may
explore the property as well at your own risk as there may be unpaved paths, gofer holes, and grazing cattle.
Our home has been beautifully renovated, and we are currently working on upkeep projects. We do our best to schedule around our guest stay.

Guest access

Access to entire house and property, with an exception to the mobile home and the tiny house situated on the property. Horse stalls and riding arena available for use with advance notice. Please contact us with any inquiries

Interaction with guests

We will be available for help 24/7 by phone, text, or email. Ranch hand & landscaper may be on property occasionally to landscape and feed chickens. They will be doing their best to work around your stay for your comfort & privacy.

Other things to note:

Due to the semi-remote location of our home, cellular reception may be weak or unavailable. However, we do have a T-mobile booster if you happen to have a T-mobile plan. Or you can use the WiFi calling feature on your cellphone.

The property was exactly as described. It’s a remote area and quite, but is still an easy drive to Livermore, Pleasanton or Tracy. The house was cleaned and even though we were rarely at the property, it was cleaned and in good condition. Would highly recommend the stay!

Excellent property and great host.The house had everything we needed with a lot of extra touches that you wouldn’t expect. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and it just smelled good everywhere you went. We are likely to stay here again when we come to visit family. 5 stars across the board.

Perfect place for family

Ranch house getaway

Very nice experience in a well appointed place located on a country road minutes away from Livermore. Hamzeh is an attentive host, and the house is comfortable, light, and airy.

Place to have an out of office meeting

It was great and the host was very accommodating. We were looking for an out of office meeting location to promote team building and reduce meeting distractions. This location was perfect.

Great Space for Families

The house had a great layout for multiple people to hang out doing different activities. The kitchen had everything we needed. It would be great if a wheelchair accessible entrance could be added and if the middle bedroom mattress was replaced.

Perfect Staycation

This property was amazing for our staycation Moms weekend. Hot tub, comfy beds… close enough to town to get whatever we needed but far enough away to feel like we were isolated and “away” from it all. Our only issue was difficulty with the keypad on the door (we couldn’t get in!) & not being able to get in touch with the owner. Luckily we found the person who lives on site and he was able to help us! Other than that, we loved this place and look forward to coming back again.

Super nice place

We booked this ranch house for a two days getaway, when we arrived, the owner couple were taking care of the plants, we had a very pleasant chat. When we open the door, the inside of the house is very clean, welcoming, spacious, and everything we could need, even though, the outlooking of the house is just plain. We watched sunset and sunrise, enjoyed the yard and our barbecue, next time, we gonna bring hoodie with us, it’s so windy up on the hill!

The owner lives on the property with you

Why the listing fails to mention this is beyond me. Its not a secluded retreat. Youre sharing a property with another family and im pretty sure they have ranch employees living in the back

This person brought over 40 people to the property to have a party. Mostly teenagers with drugs and alcohol. We received tens of alerts on our ring doorbell camera to find out that our home was a party house. We kicked him out the same night. The house was left a disaster!

Fantastic girls trip

The house was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of plush towels, lots of space to spread out. The outside doesn't look like much, but don't be fooled, this house is beautiful! This house was centrally located for our group of friends. Close to town if you need anything, but we didn't. We didn't leave the property the entire weekend except to go on walks up the hill...gorgeous views! The only reason for not giving the property all 5 stars is due to the fact that our check in code didn't work when we arrived. We had to call and wait for a new code. This did NOT hinder our weekend at all. We will be back!!!

Livermore Gem

My family of 6 adults stayed at Suzanne and Hamzeh's incredible Livermore home for 6 nights over Christmas. Their home was beautifully appointed with every amenity one would need. Each bed was made with fine linens, and both bathrooms had plenty of plush white towels. The kitchen had all the conveniences we needed to make our favorite holiday dishes. What is truly outstanding is the setting. The location of their home is breathtaking. From the windows, you could see grazing cattle and roaming deer. The house was so warm and welcoming, we didn't want to leave! Working with Suzanne and Hamzeh was easy. They are quick to respond and were very accommodating. Thank you both for being such outstanding hosts and for sharing your beautiful home with my family.

Walked in to find out we were double booked!!!

We started our bachelorette weekend by walking into the house only to find two strangers sitting on the couch saying it was their place for the weekend. I reached out to the host right away, the next minute I got an email saying my reservation was cancelled. He didn't even have the decency to call me back to explain. It was five of us that flew in from out of town, only to be homeless and our plans were completely ruined. It was too late to find another home in Livermore so our Wine Country Bachelorette had to be transferred to the city. What a nightmare! The owners had rented out the home on two separate platforms to cause this mess. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Highly recommend

If you are looking for a clean, quiet, away from the beaten place with all the comforts of your home plus more, then look no further. The home will impress everyone no matter what age you are. It is well taken care of and the hosts are marvelous. They make the process of booking and check in so easy that you will want to return for every visit to Livermore. Amazing Property

Our families had such an amazing time. The property is perfect for a getaway that is not far from anything. Beautiful home and had everything we needed. Suzanne and Hamzeh were great hosts. We are already planning our next trip. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Better than the pictures! Amazing home!

This was an absolutely incredible place to stay. The house was clean and spacious. Cows, chickens, and horses all around. Close enough to the city to not be a hassle but just far enough where you can relax. We really enjoyed all of the amenities outside as well. 10/10 would recommend!
