Welcome to my beautiful clean home with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Spacious living room & kitchen on main floor, cozy 3 BR upstairs plus air mattress(es)for 1-8 guests. The master BR is ensuite. Strategically located in a peaceful neighborhood. 5 mins drive to U of A hospital, NAIT, Royal Alex Hospital, Kingsway mall, Transit Center/LRT, VIA Rail passenger Train Station & 5 KM to Rogers place/hockey Arena. Easy access to Yellow head trail and Anthony Henday highway. 11 km to West Edmonton Mall & Commonwealth stadium. Close to shopping center, Pubs & restaurants.

The space:
3 bedrooms accommodation in a Modern house, peaceful neighborhood with private entrance. Cozy bedrooms for 1 - 6 guests, spacious living room with smart TV, 2 couches and air mattress for additional guests to sleep. The master bedroom is ensuite, each room has a queen size bed and full- size closet. Beautiful, clean and centrally located.

Newly upgraded Wi-Fi speed of 150 MBPS, great for remote work.
YOUR BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS: Your private rooms contains a cozy queen-sized bed.
ROOMS have large windows for natural light,

YOUR LIVING ROOM ON MAIN FLOOR: Has a smart TV and free WiFi for you to watch your favourite movies 24/7, 2 couches for additional guest to sleep.

KITCHEN ON MAIN FLOOR: Here you have refrigerator, micro wave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes and silverware. Feel free to use the coffee and tea provided for you to have a comfortable stay.
My self and family just a phone call away to ensure your comfortable stay, our top priority.

Self check in, access to door key code will be made available to you prior to your arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: Any late booking for same day check in, between 8 pm to 12 midnight, check in time will be from 4 pm the following day. Any booking between 12 midnight to 6 am for that same day, check in will start from 4 pm on that day.
Other things to note:
Party/Event not allowed.
DEN: The den is locked for storage of cleaning supply.
Basement not included.
Exterior surveillance camera on the property and no camera inside the house.
Brand new free laundry washer and dryer upstairs.
2 minutes walk to bus stop.

The home was as advertised and we found it clean and comfortable. The only reason not 5 stars is really because the Vrbo page did not specify the number of guests before additional charges apply. The page says sleeps 6 but we were charged for the 5th and 6th guest. Still it was a good stay. Thank you.

We stayed 6 nights in winter. The house was warm at -20 outside. We stayed in a lot because of the temps and found the house a nice place to just hang out. The living room furniture need updating as the couches are a bit uncomfortable. We enjoyed that the bedrooms are upsstairs away from the main floor for peace and quiet. The newer laundry facilities were very nice to have. The beds were a bit soft for me and my hubby but the kids liked their choice. The water pressure was great and hot water showed up right away. I loved that the house was stocked fairly well and that allowed me to make food first night there without ordering in. There could have been more bath towels,but witht he laundry there we managed with what was supplied. Mary was very easy to contact and answered all my questions. Overall this property was amazing and we were happy to have had the opportunity the enjoy it Thank you again Mary.

Those were not the dates we stayed here. We stayed October 17-19 as booked and planned. Last minute notification that noise was not allowed between 10 PM and 7AMWhen children were playing some there was banging on the walls.

Great location. Excellent communication with the host. Could’ve used a few more towels - 6 women need a couple extra - listing said sleeps 8. But only sleeps 6 comfortably - not a lot of room for an air mattress other than master bedroom area. Could’ve used a deep clean - few areas needed a little extra TLC. Other than that - perfect location. Close to the Stadium, the Mall. And felt safe at all times. No trouble with parking my vehicle on the street. Would stay again. Thanks Mary!

A Small House With Excellent Facilitiez

Everything Needed for 10 Days

The home had everything I needed for my days in town for work. It was a great home base, and was nice to not have to worry about any of the basics. Downstairs guests were also in town working at the same building as myself, so our schedules were basically the same, meaning no worries about noise. Charming neighborhood with a canopy of elms lining the streets. McDonald's and gas stations nearby. Would stay again.

Great 3 bedroom accommodation

The area is older but we felt safe. The house was tidy and clean. The listing said beds for up to 8 but there were only 3 queens. The leather couch and loveseat were not pullouts & not suitable as adult beds. I would say beds for up to 6. We asked for an air mattress that was supposedly available but it was only if you paid extra for more than 8 guests. We managed as we doubled up in one of the beds, but it could have been awkward as we are not all of the same family or sex! Our communication with the host was excellent so we knew what we had to do. We stayed 3 nights so one suggestion is to have pamphlets of what's available in the area and sites to visit. Overall it was a good choice for 4 adults and was close to the U of A where we needed to be.

Air conditioning that is listed did not work. Additional fees added that were not posted on the VRBO page. I would not recommend this property it is an older well renovated property furniture is old school. No idea how she got so many good reviews

Christmas in Edmonton

We loved the location of this house, and the street parking was good. We went there as a family to celebrate Christmas and to visit extended family. We were there for two hours when we got a call stating we were too noisy, we tried very hard to keep everything quieter after that. We were a family of 5 adults and 3 children ages 6 years, 2 years & 7 months, It was hard to keep them quiet. Last night there you could hear the downstairs residents making noise all night even carried to the bedroom floor. The house was clean and functional for us. We loved that there was a high chair included

My house is very beautiful, clean and strategically located in a peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to highway, bus stop and LRT. Cleanliness, safety and comfortable stay our top priority.
Wi-Fi network, password and my contact # are written on the fridge door. Kitchen cabinets are labelled for easy location of items

Enhanced cleaning routine:
Due to Covid 19 pandemic, after guest check out, we disinfect the entire unit starting from the self check in key pads & door knobs. We opens the windows to ventilate the entire unit. Following our usual cleaning, we take extra care/time to sanitize/disinfect frequently touch surfaces like door handles, light switches, TV remotes, couches, coffee table, dinning table & chairs, railings, toilet handle, toilet seat, counter tops, bed frames, tub/shower etc. between reservations. we allow significant time after guest check out to do thorough cleaning and disinfect with solutions that kills bacteria and viruses before next guest check in. We laundry our white bed sheets with bleach and hot water. Our top priority is to protect our guests.
