The 2-room-apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential building. It consists of a living/dining room with kitchenette (with one sofa bed; linens provided; with an espresso machine, dishwasher, complete kitchen equipment), a bedroom with double bed (linens provided), a bathroom (drying rack, iron and board; towels available) and a small balcony. In the basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, both belonging to the apartment (free usage). The apartment is equipped with WLAN (20MBit/s.) and there is free parking for one car in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be reached via the staircase. The underground garage has also access to the staircase.

The apartment is located in a residential area and is therefore very quiet. In 5-10 minutes walking distance there are several shops (e.g. pharmacy, drugstore, groceries, bank, restaurants).

The apartment is located in the north of Darmstadt.

In immediate vicinity of the apartment is the train station Darmstadt Arheilgen. From there you can take the train line S3 directly to Darmstadt main station, reach Frankfurt Exibition Center or Frankfurt main station.

Furthermore a stop of the RMV bus line AH is located next to the apartment.

Nearby there are also stops "Loewenplatz" and "Messeler Straße" of the RMV tram lines 6 (to Alsbach) & 7 (to Darmstadt Eberstadt).
