Enjoy the beaches, shopping, kayaking, whale watching, fishing/boating, restaurants or just relax on patio overlooking wildlife pond and marsh & smell the ocean breeze in your private in ground pool. Beautiful comfortable and beautifully furnished home has 3 sitting spaces- formal Living room, TV den and sunroom with walls of glass breezy sliders overlooking the pool and fields. There’s a formal dining area and breakfast nook. hardwoods throughout and floor to ceiling glass throughout this light filled home. Granite counters and stainless appliances in the fresh white Kitchen. Gorgeous master bath with 2nd washer/dryer. 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to center of town or 5 minutes to Colony beach. One of a kind private wooded property yet a short walk to town. Set up perfectly for multiple generations with 3 private bedroom suites. King bed in master 2 queens(one with a balcony) 4th king bedroom overlooking the pool. TVs in every bedroom.

6 adults and two children just had a wonderful stay. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, especially the grandsons. The view was spectacular. The house had everything we needed, pristine condition.

Perfect location, perfect setting, perfect home! This house has everything you need to enjoy your time there. The kitchen is fully stocked, beds were very comfortable, house is gorgeous and it was immaculate! We took full advantage of the pool during the day and ventured into town for shopping and great food! Kathy was the most gracious host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed - we did! Best part of the vacation was the privacy this home has to offer along with the wildlife we saw in the fields each morning. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful property in Kennebunkport

We very much enjoyed staying at the house! It is lovely and beautifully decorated and yet very comfortable. It is on a private and beautiful property that has long views and a pool. We could walk to town and went to several nearby beaches. We walked on many trails and played lots of pickleball and tennis nearby. We also enjoyed some delicious restaurants in the area.

Family vacation in Kennebunkport

This was a vacation stay for our family of 6 adults and one 9 month old, The bedrooms layout allowed for everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed coffee every morning in the beautiful sunroom, the heated pool in the afternoon, and the fire pit at night. Home had a private location but close to Kennebunkport, beaches and many good restaurants, Two sets of washer/dryers was a plus, The owner Kathy was excellent about getting back to us with any questions. We had a great trip!

Beautiful Home, Pool a Huge Bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy's gorgeous home. Beautifully decorated, cozy, and spacious. The pool was a huge bonus for the kids. Easy access to town and to Kennebunk beaches. Private and quiet with spectacular, tranquil views. Lots of deer sightings! We will be back. Thank you, Kathy!

Perfect Family Getaway

We just returned from 5 days at this beautiful spot. This home has the feeling of seclusion, but is very close to town/shops and beaches. The sun hits the pool perfectly for early morning swims. We enjoyed sipping our coffee from the lounge chairs while the kids swam. Pool toys provided added fun for all. Breakfast and cocktails were enhanced by the breathtaking view into expansive hills, ponds and marsh. The kids loved sitting outside with binoculars watching the deer and birds. Comfortable beds, TV's in all rooms, new washer/dryer, great kitchen, tons of space - all the luxuries you could want. Flat lawn was great for nightly bocci or corn hole tournaments and a swing for 3 was a great spot for a photo opp. Beach pass provided for Goose Rocks- our favorite beach. Would have been nice if there were beach chairs at the house- we forgot ours. Pool/beach towels were old and in need of replacing- but those are small things. Would defintely recommend and come again!

Absolutely Perfect Getaway!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation rental, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beautiful surroundings and the immaculate condition of the property. The house itself is spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to prepare meals. The living area is cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedrooms are comfortable, and each one is in its own wing with a bathroom, providing privacy. All the closets had plenty of storage space. One of the highlights of this property is the outdoor area. The private pool is pristine and the perfect temperature, and the patio area is ideal for lounging and enjoying the sunshine. The garden is well-maintained and adds to the overall tranquility of the place. The location is fantastic – close to local attractions, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat. The view out the back is gorgeous, and the wildlife of deer, wild turkeys, and a grey heron gave us a great show in the evenings.The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, this vacation rental is a true gem. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

Wonderful home and great town

We had a great stay at this wonderful home. Great layout and plenty of space for the whole family. Kennebunkport is great little town with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Kathy was a great host.. We are already planning our visit next year.

Country living at the beach!

We had a tremendous visit to Kennebunkport! Kathy's home is just beautiful and so extremely well kept. A ten minute walk from the town center, Kathy's country home was a dream for our family, infant and dogs. It was a wonderful retreat away from NYC, where we were able to enjoy town, the privacy at the home's pool and go to the beach which is ~10 miles away. Kathy is extremely helpful and responsive. We appreciated her quick communication via text any time that we reached out. The check in process was easy and our stay was very pleasant. The check out process was also simple, although we did have to check out by 10am and wash all of our own sheets and towels prior to leaving, so it was an early morning. I assume this is a COVID response, which was understandable. Usually, there are two washing machines, as well, even though one was out of order during our stay. The home is beautiful and has privacy for each of the bedrooms, which was lovely. The upstairs off the living room is the master bedroom with king bed. There is a separate wing on the first floor off of the living room with two children's bedrooms and then a final bedroom at a separate upstairs towards the back of the house. Note, the two upstairs bedrooms do not connect. We would love to return next summer for another stay at Kathy's! I am still dreaming about cooking in her lovely, open concept kitchen and reading in the sunroom in the early morning. Would absolutely recommend to any of my family or friends! Thank you, again, to Kathy for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home. It’s ideal for a family- plenty of space and a large pool. The view is so serene. It was walkable to town and we took daily walks to Walker Point. Good for social distancing while still taking advantage of all that Kennebunkport has to offer.

Great location!

Felt removed but walking distance from town and beaches. Feels like an endless vista which was great. House ha everything you would need. The owners were super responsive throughout and the home is very comfortable. If I had to recommend anything to the owner it would be to heat the pool (which was just a touch chilly for the kids) but everything was great and couldn’t recommend more.

Beautiful Comfortable Close to town Pool Views!!!

Beautiful home in a beautiful spot! Comfortable clean with cool breezes over the green pasture through the beautiful trees.. We are a family of 6 with a dog and had a great time. House is 2 minutes from town kids walked to candy shop and enjoyed beaches. It has a chic nautical theme, pool overlooking the amazing view. House is well appointed with necessities . 2 washer and driers and even tv over master bathtub. Beds comfy. Pool so fun for kids.. Would definitely come again. Maybe with a crew of girl friends....

Incredible vacation

My family and I traveled from St. Louis to stay at this incredible home over the summer. This home is walking distance to town but in a very private area. The view is breathtaking - rolling hills, pond, streams, and beautiful landscaping. We ate a lot of our meals outside on the patio as we took in the stunning scenery. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful pool and pool toys morning noon and night. The inside of the house was just as impressive - plenty of space and comfortable living. Three different sitting rooms: a sunroom, living room, and den (all with a view!). The beds were very comfortable, linens were nice as well, and a tv in each room. We explored downtown and went to the beach a few times as well - such a cute town! Absolutely loved Kennebunkport and will definitely be back soon!

Relax by inground pool overlooking stunning marsh pond and pastoral views or catch the breeze on the patio. Colony beach is 3 minute drive and Kennebunk beach 6 min and Goose Rocks beach 12 minutes. Perfect location for a day trip to Boston or 25 minutes to Funtown Splashtown and Monkey Ropes in Saco or thursday night fireworks at Old Orchard Beach or just 30 minutes North to Portland Art Galleries and restaurants or 30 min south to charming city of Portsmouth New Hampshire.
