Move into the spacious, gourmet-inspired kitchen to find additional granite counterspace, a collection of modern appliances, and a beautiful wall of exposed brick. Wake up each morning to freshly ground and brewed coffee, and make fresh lobster in the all-important lobster pot. The formal dining area offers seating for 10, while the spacious front porch equipped with rocking chairs is perfect for coffee, dessert, cocktails or just relaxing to the sound of the waves.

After long days of sunbathing, kayaking, and combing the nearby beaches for sand dollars, head downstairs to the media room. With five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one half-bath, the Beach House at Kennebunk can sleep up to 14 people. There is a large bedroom in the lower level, with 4 twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa and a full bathroom, perfect for kids or young adults to share.

There are three bedrooms on the second floor: A master suite with a king bed, a private TV, amazing views through grand Palladian windows with a gorgeous private bath. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom. One has two twin beds and the other has a queen bed. The third floor has a large au pair suite with a Queen and a Twin bed, a TV, and a full bathroom.

Other amenities include a full laundry room, spacious private parking for up to 8 cars plus a two car garage, a half-bathroom on the main floor and a private outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach..

Beloved in Maine and beyond for its historic architecture, beautiful country roads, and stunning sandy beaches, Kennebunk is an ideal destination for families in search of a quaint New England experience.
