A perfect day will be filled with the opening of the entire back of house bi fold doors onto the large tiled Al fresco area with an 8 seater dining table and comfy chairs and an outdoor lounge area with coffee table. The built in BBQ and glass front drinks fridge will keep you there all day long while watching the kids enjoy the sun lounges and heated 7 meter crystal clear pool amongst the green tree canopy and far north Queensland warmth, you may even see a small bush turkey foraging in the garden. There is no back neighbours so you can enjoy the lush rainforest outlook all day long.

The large master suite has a brand new king size bed with crisp white linen, bedside tables and lamps ,luggage racks, air conditioning, overhead fan, large Louvre windows with fly screens for maximum air flow, full blackout curtains, en-suite with double vanity and rail or rain head shower, separate toilet, walk in robe and large sliding glass doors leading to a huge wrap around balcony overlooking the pool complete with sun lounges and outdoor setting for a morning cuppa or some much needed time out.

Bedroom 2 and 3 have king size beds, blackout curtains, Louvre windows for great air flow, bedside tables and lamps, mirrored robe doors, luggage racks, flat panel smart TVs, air conditioning and overhead fans.

Bedroom 4 has 2 long king single beds with crisp white linen which can be made into a king size bed, Louvre windows with fly screens, mirrored robe doors, luggage racks, blackout curtains, air conditioning, overhead fan, bedside tables with lamps and a flat panel smart TV.

All bedrooms are upstairs and 2 child's portable door gates are supplied for your convenience, a cot can be hired for $10 per night.

Downstairs is a light filled open plan living consisting of Louvre windows all with fly screens, wall hung flat screen smart tv, air conditioning, overhead fans, powder room, floating TV cabinet filled with board and card games for kids and adults, 8 seater leather couch, wooden 8 seater dining table, kids toys, books and chess set.

Our kitchen has everything for your entertaining enjoyment including a starter pack of Madura tea bags, Maccona coffee, sugar, milk, cooking oil, paper towel, salt and pepper, glad wrap, foil, and baking paper. You will find quality appliances including an automatic coffee machine and grinder, microwave, Elextrolux dishwasher oven and induction cooktop.

The laundry is filled with an 8kg Asko washing machine and 8kg Elextrolux dryer, broom, mop, pegs, laundry basket, washing powder satchets for the first few days iron and ironing board.

Cedar & Sea is secured with a coded front porch gate, deadlock front door, and a double remote controlled garage for 1 car ONLY with internal house access.
We are situated in a residential area with natural rain forest surrounds and no back neighbors just a beautiful green forest canopy view, we have created a welcoming comfortable family home with calming tones and quality furniture and appliances.
