We love this spot! We have been here a couple of times and I will be going back. The home is great for our large family, very accommodating- it has everything! Close to the beach, comfortable beds, sauna and hot tub! Kitchen has all the appliances and utensils for me to cook while we enjoy or stay. Thanks again!!! If I could recommend one thing- the living room sectional (orange) needs replacing, itā€™s lost it comfortably.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The views were amazing. The walk to the beach was easy. The beach had nice firm sand, very easy to take an early morning walk or run. Most of the time we were the only ones on the beach. We used the hot tub every night and loved it. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

Amazing Views

We had a great few days here! The house is right on the beach with the most incredible views. We hardly ever even saw another person on the beach. The house is surrounded by the amazing views, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out, Tons of comfortable beds and just an all-around great house. The hot tub is perfect to enjoy the surroundings and itā€™s a super easy walk to the beach. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again!

Great view.

The view from the house and deck was beautiful. The house was big enough for our whole family to come celebrate our momā€˜s 80th birthday. However, the house was not very clean. The shower in the master bedroom was filthy. All of the floors felt grimy like they had not been swept, and some of the bedding looked questionable on whether it had been washed or not.

Extended stay for gymnastics

We stay every year in Newport for our daughters, gymnastics meet. Weā€™ve tried a number of different houses and this is one of our favorites,. The only negative would be a somewhat poorly equipped kitchen (pans that need replaced, no hot mitts, no colander) and the beds were quite soft. The views were amazing. Access to the beach was fabulous. Loved the fire pit.

House overall was great for my family. Very roomy and kids have their own hanging out area. Only issue was that I didnā€™t receive the check-in instructions til the day off. I was so worried.

South Beach

Overall was a good time. Good use of space with plenty of room to spread out. Great view and access to the beach. The noise from wind blowing through the covered deck sounds like a fog hornā€¦ constantly!!! Of course we expected wind, just not that constant sound, which could be heard at least a block away.

Perfect dream-home for our group!

Almost everything here surpassed our expectations -- beautiful views of the ocean, warmth and peace despite windy days, fantastic fire pit, covered outdoor hot tub in the RAIN (so awesome!) -- TVs everywhere it mattered, a soundbar with Subwoofer (we got it sync'd so it's working properly.. was not initially), and a layout which worked for everyone VERY well. I could write much more, including sharing photos and videos, but VRBO is just asking for a "summary" :-) Highly recommend!

By far the best home we've stayed at on the Oregon Coast. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for meals, furnishings were pristine and comfortable, and upon arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a box of chocolates and a very nice welcome note from the owner. The views from this home are un-beatable and the private access trail down to the beach and the location of the home felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves. our party of eight consisted of 4 adults and 4 kids and the downstairs bunk room was perfect for the kids so the adults could relax and visit after tucking them in and the Hot tub and Spa were a very welcome way to end our days. The only drawback to this home is that the shower in the master bath was so luxurious and enjoyable that my wife is nagging me to re-do our bathroom at home!

South Beach

Though over all the property was nice, a few things. The property was described as beach access this is true but by a rope on a slippery decline off a bank of steep sand, no good! The not remolded bedroom up stairs had a bench along the bed that was very easy to trip over my husband did and fell! I hit my toes more then once. Also no slip guard in tub bought one. You guys are asking for trouble! Easy fixes in my opinion.

This was a great house for our multi-generational family of nine. The view is amazing and the beach was perfect for the kids! While the amenities in the home are great, they didn't have easy to damage decor sitting around, so we didn't have to worry about grandkids breaking fragile items. Plenty of beds for sleeping, the three youngest (9, 9 & 11) thoroughly enjoyed the bunkroom and downstairs game room. Great selection of board and card games too. The primary bedroom had a super comfortable bed, we were even going to check the brand of mattress before we left, but forgot to do it. The river rock shower floor in the primary bedroom was amazing, especially for someone with some balance issues. The jacuzzi is blocked from the wind and has easy access to the house so we didn't freeze after using it. Patio furniture was perfect. As someone who is spoiled by the easy at-hand access that Amazon provides, note that Amazon does not deliver to this home and USPS will not hold packages. The local management and maintenance team was super responsive to every request.

Perfect Family Vacation!

This was a perfect family vacation! There were 10 of us traveling from Idaho to the Oregon Coast for some family fun and adventure. We've stayed in numerous vacation homes on the coast, but this was by far one of the best! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out! The home is stunning, the beds are comfortable and the location is top notch! Loved having the beach all to ourselves. We roasted hot dogs & marshmallows at the fire pit, enjoyed our coffee on the deck looking out at nothing but sand and ocean. This location was perfect for us, being right near everything we love to see and do. I can't say enough about the comforts of this home! Plenty of amenities from extra towels and blankets, to kitchen necessities, hot tub, sauna, the hose on the deck came in extremely handy to wash the sand off our beach shoes! The beach access was pleasantly surprising! I was worried due to review comments of difficulty getting down to the beach. We had our 85 year old mother and our 3 year old grandson, who by all accounts more capable than others, but they managed to get up and down the embankment with little assistance. I can see how it would be challenging for some, but we had no issues with navigating the access. This home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and stress free! It truly felt like home away from home! We will be back for sure!

Our stay

Nice location on the beach. Great view. Downstairs wasn't as clean as upstairs. The sheets in the bunkbed room had hair,dirt, and toenail clippings in them. The couch downstairs also had dirt and toenail clippings on/in it. Everyone loved the kitchen, deck, and the fire pit! We were so happy that we were able to get a break in the weather to have a fire outside one night. FYI, the gas fireplace is see thru and allows you to see into the master bedroom from the living room. Also, the access to the beach is not easily accessible to those who are older or have hip/knee issues. It was very steep with a thin rope to hang on to as you made your way down. My mother wasn't able to go down because we were afraid she would get hurt on the way down or back up, which was a real bummer as the beach access was what she requested when looking for a rental.Finally, you hear alot of traffic noise if you are in the downstairs bedrooms in the early morning. So, some issues but we did have a good time with our family.

Family Holiday Rendezvous

Three generations (18-80) gathered for the first time sine 2019 and the second time at this spectacular location to (gratefully) reconnect. The space is expansive yet comfortable for 9 adults, especially enjoying the kitchen, the hot tub and the proximity to one of our favorite beaches on the Oregon Coast. Thank you for providing a fantastic venue for making new memories!

Wonderful Stay!

What a wonderful long weekend at the ocean! The location was great - plenty of beach for long walks and Newport was close by. Beach access was no problem, even with our young granddaughters. The house made it easy to gather for meals, or split up for different activities. The kitchen was well supplied and the information binder included everything from hot tub instructions to local attractions. We would love to go back again someday!

Fantastic oceanfront home - close to both Newport and Yachats- Great for Large groups

We live in Cottage Grove and absolutely love spending quality time at the Oregon Coast with extended family. This year we had loved ones come from Los Angeles, San Antonio , and Portland. We totally appreciated the well equipped beautiful kitchen and the huge cozy living room with gas fireplace and a million dollar view of the ocean. We had several fun evenings around the fire pit and of course took many long walks on the beach. The large outdoor deck with cozy seating and hot tub was icing on the cake. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms absolutely top notch. Even had large closets with plenty of hangers. Canā€™t think of anything to improve upon except possibly suggesting some several solar path lights down to the fire pit. We will come again. Thank you so much
