The apartment is of tip-top and superior quality and well maintained. It is fully equipped with two beds on a separate bedroom, private living room, dining area, kitchen with appliances and utensils, and toilet and bath.
You will have your own private balconies that boast an extraordinary view of the commercial district and green scenery.
The apartment has its own dedicated and reliable WiFi.
The place gets a lot of sunshine and natural light, which makes it a great and fantastic home to stay, conveniently right in the middle of the city.

Guests will always have my contact details for any queries that you may have. Moreover, the staff in the lobby will also be available for assistance round the clock 24 hours every day. The condominium has 24 hours security. I believe that all interaction should be driven according to the requirements of my guests. Therefore, even if I am endeavoring to be available to assist your needs, I will never intrude.

Lush, sprawling greenery makes a true urban gardener’s paradise, promoting relaxation, wellbeing, and peace of mind. Breathtaking views (green scenery) of the Mountains and the City. The Padgett Place has been designed with maximum comfort healthy living in mind. Spacious floor plans create a platform that accommodates any lifestyle or design sensibility. Expansive windows and optimum ventilation create a light-filled space that is both bright and airy. Walking distance to the University of the Philippines, churches, hospitals, malls, the business district and other lifestyle centers. You will be able to enjoy amenities like a lap pool, children’s pool, jogging paths, landscaped gardens, indoor & outdoor clubhouses, gym, coffee shop, and a grand lobby always open. For a fee, you can avail of in-house laundry services located at basement 2. There is a fully catered function area, and a menu is available from the kitchen through room service. My unit has its own dedicated secure parking space and WiFi.

It is about 10 to 13 minutes short ride to/from Cebu I.T. Park. Walking distance to the University of the Philippines, churches, hospitals, malls, the business district and other lifestyle centers. The place is easily accessible and serviced by all means of transportation such as taxi, Grab, private and rented cars. You can also take a jeepney and alight along Gorordo Avenue, which is a just few steps away from my place.
