The apartment is located in a very nice old building. The Art Deco metallic entrance of the building, together with the elevator is so charming at the first glance. The main entrance has been designed from the famous Greek Architect C. Kitsikis who is now considered one of the most important Greek architects. Many of his buildings are considered as preserved from the Greek Government. The green metallic door with the impressive designs, together with the area of the main entrance gives the impression of a painting. Simple white lines made of plaster and cement, construct a nice aesthetic result. The main entrance leads to the elevator and the stairs. The mechanism of the elevator is brand new. Though we decided not to change its character. Its charming Art Deco design with the wooden chamber and the metallic green door offers the visitor a nice experience. It takes you back to the film noir movies of 50s’ and 60s’. A sense of old times in the modern environment of the apartment. Because… behind the door, everything is modern and new. At a 95 sq. meters area, this fully renovated and very well equipped apartment offers almost everything a visitor can demand.

Three bedrooms (one with a private bathroom) and a living room are offering enough space for a comfortable living for at least 6 visitors. The dining room together with the modern, fully equipped kitchen have been established in a spacious area. All rooms have been dressed with the high-end sleeping equipment of Coco-Mat. This company is famous all over the world for the quality of mattresses they produce. The environment in house is maintained at the desired temperature using the central heating and cooling system of DAIKIN and the ventilation system. Flat-screen TV is offered in all three rooms and also at the living room. The WiFi Internet is very fast. By definition cleaning is our priority. Every time we rent it, we perform a thorough cleaning. We take care of the details so that you will find a clean space. The linens- toiletries will be perfectly clean. It is very important for us to keep all the rules of good hygiene. We do not permit any compromises in money or time in this field. Linens are changed once during your entire stay. Per your request, with an extra small cost, can be changed as many times as you wish. For your good hygiene you can also use the washing machine.

The location of the apartment is the best in Athens. It is next to the entrance of the Acropolis Museum. In the historical center of Athens where you can take a walk between innumerable famous antiquities of Ancient Athens. Next to Monastiraki and Plaka where you can enjoy a Greek coffee at the roots of the hill of Acropolis, staring the temple of Parthenon, or to enjoy the Flee Market and the Antique Stores where you can find treasures from all eras. If you prefer modern and "noisy" activities, again this is the right place. Here you can find innumerable cozy and full of youngsters restaurants. Bars can be found in every turn of the road. Fun, lights and music are offering a colorful character. Here is also Athens' cultural center. So many high level cultural activities are taking place every year. One of the most beautiful ancient theaters of the human history, the Odeon of Herod Atticus with its amazing acoustics offers incredible scenery for groups and singers, the best orchestras of all over the world together with the most well known soloists. The surrounding area also boasts an abundance of premium boutiques and many other shops for almost every size of wallet.
