Lake Life Relaxation

Our charming, No pets, lake cottage is located on a bluff over looking beautiful Ft Gibson Lake. The home has 2BR, and 2BA with a third room that hosts 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. A second full bath is located in the center of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with range top and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave oven, as well as other small appliances. We provide a full size fridge with ice maker. The cabinets are stocked with kitchen linens, cookware, dishes, and storage containers. The laundry room has a new full size washer and dryer for your use. The cottage is located in a community with quiet neighbors and lake life charm. Come and enjoy fishing, boating, water skiing, and wake boarding or just relax with the sites and sounds of the lake. There are 5 public boat launch ramps within 2 miles for easy access to the water. Muskogee an Wagoner are both approximately 12 miles away for shopping, dining, movies, and museums. As an extra, we own property across the street that allows for ample parking for our anglers and recreational boaters.

Wonderful cottage in a quiet area

Our stay at this lake view cottage was incredible. The owners thought of so many details to make our stay comfortable. The place was very clean, very quiet, and the amenities were awesome. We loved our stay and would tell anyone who will listen how great this place is.

Sweet Family Getaway

Our family felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay in this clean, cozy cottage. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and I can't say enough about how very homey and relaxing the place is. We highly recommend it and hope to return!!

Great house with a great view!

We really enjoyed staying in the Beard's house for our spring break vacation. With 4 kids, there was plenty of room for them to play and sleep. The view of the lake was fantastic and the home was cozy and welcoming.

This house is beautifully updated, view of the lake, lots of room and amenities. Would love to stay longer next time. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful when I needed to move our dates by 1 day. Wonderful area of Oklahoma!!!

Great house overlooking Ft. Gibson Lake.

This house has everything that you will need for a wonderful stay at the lake. Located near several boat ramps, Cypress Cove Marina, and the Sequoyah Bay beach. Comfortably sleeps 6. Hosts are very responsive and eager to make sure that your group has everything you need.

Love this place

The house was so nice! We got it to celebrate my sons birthday and to have a quicker stay to the lake and this place was perfect! There was enough space for everyone. The view from the backyard was so beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Lovely little cottage!!!

We so enjoyed our stay! The cottage was immaculate! The rooms are nice sized and the entire cottage has been updated while still keeping it's charm. Our hosts were very responsive to questions both before and during our stay! We would definitely return!!!

Weekend Get Away

We were very pleased with the property and how clean everything was. Doug and his wife were very kind and helpful. The property is just 2 miles from the lake. We were able to bring our boat and had plenty of room to park it. We had a great time. We will be coming back for sure.

Twas the Weekend Before Christmas

My husband, daughter, new son-in-law, and I stayed here for a calm and relaxing weekend before Christmas. We had a wonderful time. Best place ever

This was a new place for us but it will be our go to many more times. Hosts were fantastic, the place is stocked with everything you will need. Great fire pit, great view, easy access to the marina, everything was very clean and when we got there we were greeted with a note from our hosts with contact info in case we needed anything. If I could give it better than a 5 I would. Thanks for a great weekend!

Comfortable and peaceful

My husband and I had a lovely weekend spotting American Bald Eagles in the area. Doug and Susanā€™s home was comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed! Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood on the lake was very peaceful. Doug and Susan even had a treat waiting fir us when we arrived! Oh, and the bed was so comfortable!!

Perfect

This home was perfect for our family. The bedrooms are spacious, very clean and newly decorated. It really felt like home while we were here. They had everything we needed from kitchen utensils and appliances, bathroom supplies and games. The beds were very comfortable. It was so nice to be able to sit on the front porch and read or back porch and watch the boats on the lake and sunrise. The hosts made sure we had everything and had some great ideas for dining. I would recommend this to anyone!!! Thank you!

My name is Doug and my wife is Susan. We moved to the lake in 2010 and absolutely love it here. We purchased this home in November of 2014 and completely remodeled it. We love this area and how accessible it is to the water. Our goal is to provide an affordable rental property that allows our guests to have a comfortable stay.

This home is the perfect vacation spot for family gatherings or weekend retreats. It is also a favorite for tournament fishermen. There are 3 boat ramps within 2 miles of the house and plenty of room on the property for parking boats. This property is easy to access on paved roads. The neighborhood is great and we have a beautiful view of the lake. We chose Lake Ft. Gibson for its great fishing. We also love the fact that this lake has less boat traffic than some of the other lakes in this area. That makes it perfect for taking the kids out tubing, wake boarding or just anchoring the boat and playing in the water. The newly purchased and remodeled Cypress Cove Marina is close by and offers boat slip rental daily, weekly and monthly. They also have a cafƩ that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (seasonal). If you don't have a boat the nearby park has pavilions, picnic tables and grills, play ground equipment, a basketball court, a backstop for baseball or softball games, nature paths, and a designated swim beach.

We initially came to Ft. Gibson Lake to camp and enjoy boating and fishing. We enjoyed our weekends here so much that we decided to purchase a home here. We love the relaxing atmosphere of living on the lake. There's just nothing like enjoying that morning cup of coffee and watching the sun rise over the lake. You may even catch a glimpse of a doe and her baby passing by. We are far enough from city lights that the stars are beautifully visible at night. Come and enjoy the uniqueness of this beautiful getaway. You'll be glad you did!
