This home loaded with cozy country charm short drive to the town of Summersville less than 1 mile to convenience stores Mable's diner for breakfast or cook yourself with all the kitchen supplies at your fingertips.

Plenty of outdoor space with over 3 acres of property fire pit with ample wood provided, Brand new 6 person hot tub with privacy fence, outdoor grill, gas fire pit on rear deck lots of deck space both front and back of house.
approximately 900sq ft of deck space a portion screened in and under roof for those rainy days!

Inside enjoy 60 inch TV over the gas fireplace, tv's in each room with direct TV, WIFI stereo with bluetooth to stream from your phones. Master bedroom has a King bed with attached master bath, upstairs has queen bunk beds and futon in one room and additional queen bed in the loft so a total 4 beds and a full upstairs bath.

All linens towels wash rags all are provided as well as an ample supply of paper products.

You can take a short walk or bike ride to beautiful Summersville lake from front door water is 2800ft.


Due to the number of questions regarding boat parking we have made arrangements for free parking for your boat!!! The parking is two minutes away from home and on the way to the marina and launch areas.

The marina for boat launch is 5 minutes away..

This is residential area with children I expect you to drive like YOUR kids play here.

Please note the winter months in WV can be unpredictable an all wheel or 4 wheel drive is a must if there is snow on the ground.
