Our Tower I Unit 310 is a spacious two-bedroom deluxe condominium comprising 1,317 square feet, ideally situated on the third floor with direct views of the Gulf and the lagoon pool. The unit includes two generously sized bedrooms, furnished with a king bed in one room and two queen beds in the other. All mattresses and box springs are newly installed as of January 2025.

Our condo has been recently updated, with yearly upgrades ongoing. Its location is ideal—situated close to the ground floor, it offers clear views of all the pool and beach activities, while also being high enough to take in the breathtaking gulf scenery. You can easily reach the beach and pool using either the nearby stairs or one of two elevators.
Recent improvements to the property include updated ceilings, fresh paint, enhanced woodwork and beadboard trim, new doors, upgraded kitchen appliances and faucets, modern bedding, as well as a new dining table, chairs, and bedroom recliner. All televisions are wall-mounted smart TVs with high-definition feeds and Blu-ray DVD players. The flooring throughout is tiled, ensuring a carpet-free environment.

Begin your day in the master bedroom, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that provide expansive gulf views overlooking the pristine white beach. The balcony—furnished with seating and a table—offers an ideal setting to enjoy morning coffee in the fresh coastal breeze. Beach vistas are visible from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom. Both the living room and master bedroom offer direct access to the balcony.
The condo features two spacious bedrooms: the master offers a king bed, sitting area, walk-in closet, and en-suite with walk-in shower; the guest room includes two queen beds and a full bathroom with tub/shower.

The condo includes a modern kitchen, stacked washer and dryer, tiled bathrooms with upgraded vanities, and new faucets.

A property fee of $70 covers one parking pass and resort wristbands. You may purchase a second parking pass for $30, with a maximum of two passes allowed. The condo accommodates six guests.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's only full-service resort, featuring beautiful grounds, a par-3 nine-hole golf course, and complimentary access to an updated fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts.

This condo was clean & very well equipped with all the comforts of home . It was centrally located within the complex and made it for easy access to the pool and beach areas. There was no waiting for elevators as well. All of the staff within the facilities were courteous and help. We will definitely rebook this condo next year.

Great Stay

Our stay in this condo could not have been any better. Aside from being in a great location and not having to rely on the elevators, the biggest thing for us is always cleanliness, and they absolutely delivered. My wife even remarked how it was probably the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. Even things you might think are typically overlooked or have dust on them did not. Communication with the owner was also great. He is proactive in communicating with the renter prior to arrival through the end of the stay to ensure everything is going well and making sure there are no issues. This was different from other rentals where you're communicating with a property manager or maybe not even able to get responses to inquiries. I am sure I am forgetting other things to mention, but to sum up my review, this was a great experience. I can't recommend this unit enough, and we are already looking forward to a return next year.

This was our first time in PCB and we loved staying at Edgewater! The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Complex is a family friendly resort for kids of all ages and was close to shops and restaurants! Would definitely book again!

Great for families!

We were in town for our daughter’s dance competition at the resort and enjoyed being able to use the walkway over Front Beach Rd to get there. The condo unit was so clean and had everything we needed! The property owner was very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Few minor problems. Condo needs to be sprayed for roached. A few found by children. Master bath a bit small based upon my experience. Only one sink. should be two. Otherwise, our stay was great, Thanks

Excellent Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well cared for. The location on the third floor was easy to acces using the stairs or the elevator. Eddie was extremely helpful with any questions and was quick to respond. We spent a lot of time at the beach and pool with our kids (5 and 3) and had the best time! We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful getaway!

My husband, son (10 yrs old), and I visit Edgewater every summer. This was without a doubt the best condo we've stayed in. Eddie was such a wonderful and kind host; he let me change our dates so that I could make it to my nephew's graduation, and he texted us to let us know we could check in early on the day of our arrival. It makes a HUGE difference when you're dealing with an owner rather than a management company. Everything went so smoothly, and you could really tell the personal touch of people who use and love their home. The condo itself is perfect - beautifully updated, well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, and really spacious. The Cannons have thought of everything guests need; the only thing left for us to do was relax!

The perfect condo

We can’t say enough good about this condo and the owners. We had to back up our vacation a touch as there was a tragic death of a friend in our home community. Eddie extended our stay a day on the back end. What kindness and understanding. The unit was perfect. Everything we needed and more. Stairs were so close and easy access to the lagoon pool. The view was second to none. The resort was perfect as well. We hope to return to PCB and to this condo. Hosts also provided suggestions of restaurants and more for us. This was really welcome as it was our first time in PCB. Thanks so much once again!!

The reservation process was very easy. Communication with the owner was excellent. Owner works hard to grant early check in when possible. Location of this unit is excellent with close proximity to pool, oceans and onsite restaurant. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Would definitely return.

We booked 5 nights at the condo and took our two children with us who are 4 and 10. The condo is as pictured, very clean, great location within the resort and on the 3rd floor which was also nice. We had a fantastic time, we enjoyed the beach as well as the pool. It was crowded and the staff were very friendly. The Owners are great to work with, very upfront with information and had a lot of good suggestions for restaurants and activities. We recommend staying!! We will be back for sure!

Great time

This condo was absolutely perfect for us (a family of 4). We were looking for something with a view and easy beach access and a pool for a change of scenery. This condo delivered that and more! Being on the third floor and right in the middle of the resort offered us the best location possible. We could see everything happening at the splash pad, pool, restaurant and bar and beach. This resort is HUGE and has many amenities and events that keep it fun and entertaining. The only real problem we had was the landscape crew working right outside our window between 630-730 in the morning and waking us up on several days. However, we would not hesitate to stay here again and will certainly recommend to others. Thank you again, Eddie, for allowing us to have a beautiful family vacation in your place!

The owners had great communication with us. The condo was super clean, comfy beds and good supply of kitchen cooking tools. The only thing I wish they had was better black out shades in the bedrooms. It was very bright when the sun came up. Overall it was the perfect vacation condo.

Perfect Vacation!

This condo exceeded our expectations! It gave off the perfect beach vibe with its decor and the views from the balcony/master bedroom were absolutely gorgeous! The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Overall, it was the perfect beach getaway. My only complaint is that our stay wasn't long enough. We didn't want our vacation to end!

We love Edgewater. We had a one BR unit and sold it to buy our two BR unit. Our family loves to come to our condo and enjoys sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and playing in the sand with our 4 grandsons. We also enjoy our rounds of golf at the on site par 3 golf course.
We love swimming in the beautiful ocean and the Lagoon Pool, which is breathtaking with all of the beautiful tropical plants and the island in the middle. The heated pools are especially nice in cool weather, which makes the cooler months nice for vacationing as well as the warm months.
Our favorite places to eat are Uncle Ernie's, Patches, Runaway Island, Schooners and Oceans (on site).

Our family has been vacationing in PCB for 20+ years. We love it but our children and grandchildren love it more. it is our 'Happy Place'. We enjoy the soft white sand that is unlike any other beach and the beautiful ocean water. We think it is one of the nicest property in PCB (in our opinion). The property is consistently well-maintained and the grounds are gorgeous. The resort has it's own security force and they keep the resort safe.
