BEAUTIFUL JUST REMODELED Beachfront Penthouse with two floors and 2 balconies located on the 12th floor of tower 3. The beach is our front yard with amazing views from both balconies.
Sleeps 8 with 2 king size beds, 1 queen size bed, 3 full baths, new queen sleeper sofa, TV's in all the bedrooms and living area and free WiFi. Directly on the beach with several pools and heated pool and Jacuzzi in the winter.
Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service beach resort in Panama City Beach, offering 24 hour security, golf course and beach views for your enjoyment.
Other amenities include:
• Ocean‘s Bar & Grill provides private gulf-front dining with live music seasonally. Our coffee lovers will appreciate the Starbucks located on property also.
• For more casual options, Paradise Pizza offers snacks and drinks that are sure to please the whole family.
• Blenders, located right on the Lagoon Pool Deck next to Ocean‘s Bar & Grill, offers premium frozen drinks to quench your thirst while you sunbathe.
• At Edgie‘s Corner Market try out one of the 16 flavors of delicious ice cream or have a cup of Starbucks brewed coffee.
• If you would prefer to spend your mealtime while you watch the sunset from the luxury of your own suite, Oceans has takeout from their restaurant.
• Located just across the street from Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the intimate, casual fine dining experience of Firefly restaurant and the relaxed and family-friendly American Charlie’s Seafood & Oyster House.

Our resort offers eleven pools, four Jacuzzis, a shuffleboard court, six tennis courts, a 9-hole executive golf course and endless Florida sunsets. Enjoy parasailing, jet skiing, tennis, golf, weight lifting or a soothing body wrap. Beach service available.

We enjoyed our stay. Adults and kids loved the pools and hot tubs especially after their soccer tournament. Beach front was incredible - top notch. All appliances worked. Well stocked kitchen. Secured property a plus. Nice decor. Comfy beds. Location central to city activities and we enjoyed many locally owned restaurants in the area. Host responsed quickly.

This property is in a great location, direct beach access and food in the area is wonderful. We did not realize it was a slower season for the resort, so were sad that the beach bar was closed, but other than that the resort was quiet and the people were friendly. Bring beach towels.

We had a Epic week at Beach Front Penthouse! The condo was exactly as described and had everything we could ever want or need. Tommy was exceptionally prompt at responding to questions. The location was perfect! We walked right across the street for dinner, ice cream, cosmic bowling and to pick up souvenirs. We saw dolphins from the balcony every morning. We swam, snorkeled and floated in the the crystal clear water every day. We then closed each evening with the most magnificent sunsets. We are all looking forward to our next trip!

Highly recommend, very clean and up to date condo with excellent views of ocean. Owner goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is a memorable one. Edgewater is central to everything you need in PCB. Look forward to staying there again next September.

Great Venue

Everything was great about the property. Would like to see some rules in place for unsupervised children under 18 at pool area. They were running around and being loud and basically took over the pool area. Also the rules said no thong bathing suits and yet they were everywhere at the pool area.

Great place to stay

The resort was so amazing the staff was very friendly. If we had any questions they where willing to answer them the best they could. The condo was very clean and perfect for our family. Would love to rent again in the future. The upstairs balcony was my favorite place on the whole trip. It was very private and a perfect view at sunset.

Amazing stay

Was able to communicate with Tommy before and during trip with ease. The condo was clean and well equipped. Description it exactly like the condo. We are definitely rebooking for next year the whole family loved it.

Perfect week

The condo was clean, virtually no wait on elevaters, pools were fantastic, and easy access to the beach. My favorite place we have stayed at in PCB! Highly recommended

Beautiful!

My family and I LOVED this condo! It was our first time staying on that high of a floor but we didn’t have to wait on elevators very often. The view was great! My teen boys loved having the upstairs room! The owners always responded and were very quick! The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever had on any vacations! Highly recommend! We will be staying again!!

Fun Times with Friends

Wonderful location right on the beach with plenty of amenities on and off the property within walking distance. Condo was wonderful and the host was very accommodating and communication was excellent. Will definitely consider for future visits. Enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave!

Nationals dance week!

Absolutely wonderful. We had a week long dance competition at the venue across the stree near the villas. There were over 90 girls from the team and familes at the facility. The convience was a plus and downtown around the pool with friends was so much fun! We love Cindy..and enjoyed the "Denise specials"at the tiki bar! We would definitely revisit. Condo was great with great views. Tommy was great and kind to work with. He alerted us ondays there was black flags flying at the beach.

Nice condo and wonderful resort

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week it was wonderful. The condo was very clean with plenty of space and beautiful views. The resort and beach were wonderful. Highly recommend!

Family Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property on the beach! There are two pools snd hot tubs just steps away as well The penthouse was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! The manager responds to all questions very quickly, both before and upon arrival. We did have a slight snafu upon arrival because Edgewater requires a registration form that got lost somewhere in cyberspace, but it was quickly resolved. Also, the manager hadn't contacted me with the code to get in the room so I had to call, but he returned my call quickly. Note to manager: send check in info with the room code and the code to the gate to get off the beach. Luckily, the little bar area was open and they gave it to us. They said it should have been with check in instructions. Overall, this is a beautiful, clean penthouse in a great location ! I highly recommend it!

Convenient location for Gulf Coast 70.3!

Loved our stay for the Ironman Gulf Coast 70.3 weekend. Perfect location for easy race logistics for those in our party racing and the spectators had plenty to do to keep them occupied too! Would definitely come back and stay here again!

40th birthday stay

We rented a penthouse from the owner on Vrbo this process was easy some minor things after the booking such as an additional 50 fee to park our car that was not advised at time of booking. Once on site the customer lace was just ok the penthouse had no beach chair only chairs available were the ones on property for a 20 fee per chair per day there was no beach towels yet we stayed at a beach front property if your rental is beach front one would assume beach chairs on site. Additionally you had to pay for certain lounge chair at the pool as they referred to them as vip even though was in same area as regular lounge chairs. The penthouse was advertised that it sleeps 8 we were only 5 and had 3 bathrooms all equipped with showers but there was only enough hot water for 3 people to shower. There was not enough pods to do laundry and the kitchen was not equipped to cook food there was one pot, on pan and one tray but there was dishes and utensils so that was the plus side. The towel hooks in bathroom where falling out of the wall and the rooms and bathrooms were not very clean for the cost they charge for a cleaning fee. I would not stay at this location again the view was the only thing I would say was 5 stars.

Best host on VRBO

This a very nice and updated place. The resort is conveniently located and has great amenities. The best part of our experience was the owner of the condo. I screwed up on our departure date. He bent over backwards to help us out and made what could have been a stressful day, very easy on us. He provided great communication and helped us out. Would definitely use again!

This is a very nice condo! However, we don't rent to "spring breakers". No parties, no one under 26 years old can rent the unit, and no parent can "check" their child (under 26) in for them. The parent MUST stay with them the entire time!

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, receive a 35% discount for all spa treatments. The Club also offers an array of massage therapy treatments.
