The space

Enjoy a peaceful & private 1/2 mile country drive up the gravel hill & through the woods to the entrance!

Your Waterfall Suite Retreat is snugly set in the middle floor under of our large scene-full round house and features:

o - 2 Comfortable Queen Size Beds and fold out futon!
o - Spacious Living and Relaxing Area
o - Large Kitchen and all necessary dining/cooking supplies
o - Gourmet Gas Stove and Large Microwave
o - Fully stocked restroom with Shower
o - Relaxing Waterfall Scene!
o - Seasonal Outdoor Pool
o - Smart TV with DVD player & NETFLIX
o - Electric Fireplace
o - Also, we use all natural cleaning products!

Relax in serene surroundings; re-connect with nature and all it has to offer!

Guest access

All our guests have full seasonal access to our family's pool and Hot tub a few steps from your rental. Please note we have 1 other rental on this property with access.

You will have access to the full apartment, outside swimming, walks, and hiking.

Interaction with guests

We try to walk down to greet our guests and help answer any questions upon arrival.

However, we do completely respect guests privacy, and the home is self-check-in.

Other things to note

There is a small fluffy white dog (malti-poo) named Pixar, that has access to the outdoors at times. He can be kept from wandering upon request.

Please note:
o - Cell phone service works great for AT&T. Verizon has fair service, others may or may not work. but we have great Wifi and wifi calling and texting is fine!
o - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am weekdays and 11pm-9am on weekends.
o - Potential for noise. If dates are available then there are currently no bookings for the apartment below, and it is unlikely there will be other guests sharing the hot tub or making noise. However, there may be a last minute bookings and there may be other Guests in the apartment below, occasionally with children, and, although they are given these same guidelines, we can't always guarantee noise won't occur.
We have done our best to show available dates where privacy will be maximized and noise will be minimal.
o - There is a very large microwave, but no oven in the apartment

The studio is being updated constantly and we are always improving the place so the pictures may not be up to date on how cute things are!
