Your Waterfall Walkout Retreat is snugly set 2 floors under our large scene-full roundhouse and features:

o - HOT TUB (Open 24/7)
o - Fire Pit, perfect for S'mores
o - GRILL BABY
o - 3 Comfortable Queen Size Beds, 2 twins and 1 full in 4 rooms
o - Spacious Living Area with Plenty of DVD'S and NETFLIX
o - Full Kitchen and all necessary dining / cooking supplies
o - 2 Fully stocked restrooms with bathtub /2 showers
o - Relaxing screened-in porch
o - Washer and Dryer
o - Hiking trails, Basketball hoop, Volleyball net and SO MUCH MORE

Guest access:

Guests have a private parking space and additional space if needed in the main driveway is available also.
Guest have their own yard and private entrance.

All our guests have full seasonal access to our family's pool and hot tub a few steps from your rental. Please note we have 1 other single bedroom rentals on this property that may have access.
_
You will have access to the full apartment area, outside swimming, walks, and hiking.
_
Guest interaction
We live on the top floors and try to greet our guests on-site and help answer any questions upon arrival.

However, we do completely respect guests' privacy, and the home is self-check-in.

Other things to note:

There is a small fluffy white dog (Maltipoo) named Pixar, that has access to the outdoors at times. He can be kept from wandering upon request.

Please try to bring your own pool towels, if you are unable to pool towels are available upon request.

Please note:
o - Our family occupies the top and middle floor. We are respectful of our guests and try our best to give them privacy and trust while on the premises.
o - Cell phone service works great for AT&T. Verizon has fair service, others may or may not work. but we have great Wifi and wifi calling and texting is fine! There is also a landline if needed.
_
*amenities have common age limits and rules and restrictions. Although we try our best to have these amenities available, some require regular maintenance which may limit or prevent the use of them. Wavers may be required upon arrival for the use of certain amenities.
_
The home is being updated constantly and we are always improving the place so the pictures may not be up to date on how cute things are!

Above the screened-in porch is the Waterfall Suite, ideal for 2-4 guests including a full kitchen, bath, and accommodations up to 4. If you have an especially large group this may be the extra space you need!
