Redington Surf Resort unit #4 is a one bedroom condo with the "Gulf of Mexico in it's back yard"! This ground floor unit is located outside the pool and is steps from the beach. This unit includes a brand new King size bed, large flat screen TV, a new pull-out sofa with queen sleeper bed. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and the kitchen has a stove and refrigerator for your convenience. Free Wi-Fi. One assigned parking space provided. Redington Surf Resort is located right on the beautiful beach of North Redington Beach. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and easy access to the trolley. The property offers a heated swimming pool. The shuffleboard court, BBQ grills, covered picnic tables, and sun deck are all beach front so you can soak in the gorgeous view.

Excellent Stay

Great property on the beach. It was very cold and windy while we were there so we didn't spend much time on the beach. Room was clean and newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable. If in the area we will stay again.

Great location close to the beach and pool

We came just after the hurricane, and they had done a great job of cleaning up the sand. There was still some sand on the walkways and the outside looked a little battered, but we think it was from the hurricane. It was a great location and the inside was awesome. We could see the beach when we walked out our door. We will stay there again if we come that way.

Great warm weather get away!

Steps from the beach; condo completely remodeled. Only thing it needs is written instructions on how to work the TV remote. Other than that it was perfect!

Location, location, location

The property is just as depicted in the photos. When you step out the door and turn right, you are 50 yards from the beach. When you step out the door and turn left, cross Gulf Blvd, and you are 200 yards from Pajano's Pizza and Taphouse, which has great pizza and the BEST craft beer selection in Florida on tap. What more could any reasonable person ask?

Location, Location!

This property is in a prime location- steps from the beach & very affordable. It has a Sun Coast Beach Trolley stop right next to the building, which we utilized daily to explore different parts of the gulf coast. The unit (#4) was clean & beautifully updated. The king bed was very comfortable to sleep on. We have stayed here & at Sea Rocket (next door). We loved them both & love the town of NRB! 2 things to consider as you are renting this unit: 1. The sofa sleeper is not even close to adequate. We ended up sleeping 3 in the king bed & 1 on the couch, & didn't even pull out the sleeper after the first night. I would say the unit sleeps 2 comfortably, not 4. 2. The pool is ok, but the area around the pool is not very clean. The pools at the surrounding properties had crews there each morning tidying up & fixing anything that required attention. We did not see anyone at our pool during the 7 days we stayed at RSR.

Decent Pool. That's about it.

Check in process was awful, upon landing at the airport I wasn't even sure we had a place to stay. When we arrived at the location there was a note on the office door saying to call, cellular service was sketchy so thank God we actually connected. Got our code for our room. The room was tidy but not "clean". The tv remotes were all broken, the ceiling fan remotes were all broken. We managed to get the fans on and the lights off but that took no less than an hour of messing around switching batteries in the remotes. You can not cast to the Tv's. only their cable was available. There were no beach towels, no beach chairs, no umbrella. Nothing for actually going onto the beach. I called the property management company on our second day with questions and was quickly blown off. The answer to every question I had was "Not all of our properties are managed by our company" which made no sense to me as to why they were the contact.? To rent one of the wooden chaise lounge chairs on the beach it was going to be $35/daily. The beach was very dirty, it was not cleaned the whole time we were there. (3 days) The best part was the pool was fairly clean, (the cement surrounding the pool was another story) and it was actually warm. I do not plan to return to the area or this rental. I also would have been happier if we could have moved our reservation out one or two weeks since our entire stay was rain, but that was not an option with this renter, apparently.

Wonderful Getaway

The location is superb! The condo was great for a family of four ( with a small child) however, linens are limited . The laundry area is in good location , near / facing the beach , so you can laundry while enjoying the scenery. The cons was setting a personal entry key code , it was challenging, we ended up not having one. Overall, a great place for a getaway.

Super clean. Close to private beach. Very efficient apt. Very spacious we were four adults. Very comfortable bed and pull-out couch. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Would definitely rent again. We all had a great vacation.

Overall this is a good unit with a great location. The main really bad item was the doors were so dirty/sandy that we wore socks anytime we were in the unit. The floors had obviously not been cleaned for some time, you could feel sand grit when walking around. The on site management were never there unless called so any rules for the complex were useless. Great location on Redington Beach.

Black mold and furniture disgustingly filthy!

Within 10 minutes we found a water leak in the kitchen. The ceiling tiles were hanging down so far we couldnā€™t open up the cabinets. There was black mold above the cabinet above the sink, in the ceiling above the sink and around the register. The living room furniture was disgusting we couldnā€™t even sit on them. We were told by the owners that they would have to paint over the mold because they couldnā€™t get black mold out. They had no other options for us to stay, so we had to leave early. Very disappointing. My first time using VRBO. The rest of the unit was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was obvious the unit had been remodeled but obviously not maintained. The furniture was far from new. Their solution was for us to put a sheet over the couch and chair. I wish there was a way to submit pictures because I have plenty. Even the dishes in the kitchen were covered in greasy fingerprints. We have never rented anything like this before. Will definitely go back to SATO real estate to rent.
