Enjoy the peaceful bliss of a gentle Summer Breeze during your stay in this lovely Gulf Shores vacation home. Upon entering the second floor of this home, you will be taken away by the pure beauty of your surroundings. The stunning natural light and unbeatable views of white sand and sparkling blue water will mesmerize you and your loved ones.

The views can be enjoyed from your living room, dining area and kitchen, which comes fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances and decorated with beautiful granite countertops. Also on the second floor are two bedrooms and two full, private bathrooms. Take a short walk upstairs to the third floor of Summer Breeze vacation home and you will find five more bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite not only offers incredible gulf views, but it features a large, adjoining bathroom containing a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. Also on the third floor are four full bathrooms.

The second and third floor balconies will easily be one of your favorite places to unwind in the morning, afternoon and evening. These covered balconies offer shade for you to sit back and enjoy the view. Watch sunlight dance on the waves in the distance while you breathe in the salty air. Close to some incredible restaurants in Gulf Shores, as well as other exciting activities, you will be sure to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime at Summer Breeze.

Clean Coverlet Program: This property provides fresh and clean bed linens, including comforters and coverlets, laundered prior to every check-in.

Great property for a family getaway

Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. Amazing view of the beach from home. Very short walking distance to water from the home really enjoyed the property very nice.

Fantastic Beach House

The house was just as pictured on Vrbo. The location couldn’t be beat and the property was just as described. Our group ranged in age from 19 to 77 and we all loved the place!

Very clean, great location, very MINIMAL supplies

The house was very clean at a great location right on the beach and near everything. HOWEVER, we have stayed at numerous VRBO’s, and this is the first one that had very minimal supplies. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 5 day stay (12 people), no spices or condiments left in cabinets, no extra trash bags, minimal supply of pots/pans, only tiny sample size packet of dish soap/dishwasher pod, no games in cabinets…..for the price of the beach house, just very minimal on everything.I would NOT rent it again.

Beautiful house perfect for a large group

Summer breeze was exactly what we were looking for. It was perfect at accommodating our large group made up of 5 families. We loved how the bedrooms all had comfy king beds with private bathrooms and the extra bunk rooms came in handy for the kids. With the beach as your backyard what more could you ask for! The kitchen also was wonderful and very open with lots of counter space.

House is beautiful!!

The house is simply gorgeous ! We loved all of it and the beach is close to the house & so private. The house was great for our big family although a bunk room would have been nice for the kids. The house is decorated beautifully and would rent again. We had some communication issues with the rental company not responding to issues.m but overall a great stay!

Respite into beauty

Amazing property with more than the comforts of home. Ocean views were specatular to wake up to and experience from the private beach access. Bathroom aminienties were fun and reminescient of 5 star hotels in Japan. Property managment was the fastest to respond to my communications and the fastest to fix our minor issues of any property ive stayed at.

Beautiful Home right on Beach. Well appointed and comfortable.

The property was very nice. We had a wonderful time. It was right on the beach and had plenty of room for our family. Would note that for elderly people, stairs are necessary to get into and out of the house. There are two bedrooms on main floor. Please note guests will need extra kitchen towels (only one is there), toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. Plenty of bath towels.

Great Family Stay

The house is great. Location is amazing right on the beach. I’d give it 5 stars if communicating with the property manager was easier. We had a few issues and it was frustrating having to go through some kind of call service instead of being able to talk directly to the property manager. They were responsive and took care of everything. Other than that everything was great.

Excellent Property

Lovely property as advertised. The only snag was a less than professional communication via phone initially with the property manager when a problem arose. After this, text communication about the issue seemed to go better.

Clean, great space, few remodeling hiccups.

We stay in the gulf shores/destin area once a year as a family. The house was very clean upon arrival. It is definitely a rental only and although the kitchen has most pretty much everything, it doesn't have the "extras" that come with homes that are lived in or owner operated. We booked before the listing was changed to reflect the new remodel and bed arrangements. We specifically rented this home because of a bunk room that would have worked perfect for some of the younger guests, but after the remodel it changed to a queen bed room. That left us short beds and not the ideal situation we originally planned for, but an accommodation was made and we made the best of it. There was a toilet/sewage leak from the upstairs into the kitchen that came through the drywall. Not sure how to feel about that. It didn't ruin our stay, but was an annoyance and we lost the use of a toilet upstairs. I understand that there are some things no one can control, but hope they get it fixed. Were it not for that, the stay would have been perfect. The home was clean, decorated nicely, and right on the beach. We'd stay again.

Wonderful!

Everything was great about this property. The place was really clean. What is most appealing, however, is the close access to the beach and the amenities that come with it. I would highly recommend this place if you want the privacy for family and friends to enjoy the beach without the crowded beach atmosphere you typically get in the more popular water fronts. I would definately rent this property again.

Great property, GREAT location, awesome beach access. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding especially in these current crazy COVID times. Quickness of addressing any questions from guest services was great. Will definitely rent through this company again and maybe even the same property if we get lucky enough!
