from home. This condo is located in the west side of Vegas,
minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip. First floor level with pool and hot tub steps away.
This unit is less than 5 minute walking distance to Starbucks,
Walgreens, 24 hour Fitness and Restaurants. Easy access to freeways
and 10 minutes drive to the Airport.
This unit has a balcony. Flat screen tv in bedrooms and n the living room.
This vacation condo is so much better than the hotel room & the
enviroment is much more relaxing and your stay will be memorable

Vegas Vacation

The unit was in a great location close to everything and the gated community felt very safe. The unit was comfortable and well equipped. The manager we dealt with was a great guy to deal with.

Better than advertised

I usually like to stay on the strip but decided to learn more about the city outside of new and old Vegas. I couldn't have picked a better place. It was close enough to the strip for the events I attended, but the neighborhood I stayed in was quiet, gated, and friendly. The condo was spacious and had all the amenities needed to feel like home. I hope it's available on next trip.

Great location

Close to Orleans casino (10 min walk) and about $10-15 to Uber to strip hotels. Fairly quiet condo for being on Tropicana. Has most things you need (could use a corkscrew!) on the kitchen. Has comfy chairs and a table on the balcony for enjoying the weather. Don is easy to deal with and arranged to have issues dealt with. Would stay here again if our plans go that direction.

Very nice stay

The Condo was very nice and had all inside, what you need for a wonderful stay. The Condo has a lot of space. The Beds are comfortable. Only the aircondition unit under the 2. Bedroom window is a little bit noise at night. But it's OK! The Pool is near the Condo and the Entrance to the Community is easy to handle. The Strip is less than 10 Minutes away. So, if we're coming back to Vegas, we will contact Donald again.

Never Again

Had to wait at the locked gate to sneak in behind a vehicle with gate access. Very compact complex with parking for over 200 vehicles. Two small “recreational” areas, each containing pool, hot tub, barbecues, tables and chairs. Both areas padlocked for the duration of our 39 day stay: no other green spaces in the complex. Inside our unit???The kitchen sink garburator does not work, can’t get the coffee maker to work, one burner on the stove won’t light, no instructions on how to get “regular” TV on the two bedroom sets, and halfway through our stay the hot water tank craters. We had booked for 45 nights, but left to go home a week early. Suggested to the host that a partial refund might be appropriate. No chance. He just changed the booking from 45 nights to 39 nights for the same amount of money. Like the title says: NEVER AGAIN!!!

Horrible experience

Had to wait an hour before we could check in. The bed of 1 of the room was not made at all,bedding sheets and cover was on the floor. The bathroom was not washed we met it dirty. Bathroom roof was leaking in the bathroom. The guy that was running the place never kept to time,when he said he would attend to matters,he would show up 5hrs later. Overal service was horrible! The owner checked us out without confirming that we have checked out and changed the dates and moved it forward. We were not able to take out all our stuffs. We are still trying to get our stuff back.

Exceptional circumstances

We enjoyed the property until we had to leave because of the coronavirus. Unfortunately , because of our early departure, it ended up being a lot more costly daily than if we had stayed the full month..

Nice place, convinient location, great host!

The condo is equipped with more than you need for short stay. There is even a popcorn machine, nice coffee maker, netflix, cable, amazon prime etc. ,tons of towels, beds are very comfortable. Pool is just steps away. Easy communication with the owner. He was planning paint refreshment but he postponed it because of our stay. Recommended!!!

The place was close to everything we wanted & needed. Not far from the strip at all. Beds - comfortable, Kitchen - exquisite, bathroom - squeaky clean, living room - chill. Would highly recommend this place !

home away from home close to the action

We were really happy with the condo. It was decorated nicely and very comfortable. Many extras were included , plenty of paper, cleaning & washing products. Always handy having a personal washer & dryer too. The bed was comfy and the bedroom was quiet. Don was very attentive as was Luis his handyman. Thank you both !

Great rental!

We spent 4 weeks at Don's condo. The condo was nice. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen, and with supplies for the bathroom, and laundry. Don was spectacular to work with. He was very accommodating and attentive. The location was outstanding. We had easy access to all the venues we were interested in. The complex was quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great solution for 2 couples, yet not overwhelming for 1 couple.

My husband and I spent the month of December in Vegas in this great condo. On the first week of our stay, our son and daughter-in-law joined us, and then later 2 friends of ours spent a week with us. It was great having the extra bedroom and bathroom for them to use for their stay. Our bedroom was at the opposite end of the condo, so everyone felt they had plenty of privacy. The dining area and living room between the bedrooms had plenty of space for us to visit. I thought that the place might seem empty when our guests left, but since the second bedroom is off to the side, we didn't feel that way. The second bathroom is convenient to use from the living room or kitchen, so it did not go to waste. As far as the second bedroom, well, we did leave it empty for part of the trip, but we didn't mind, as the condo is priced competively so it did not matter. It was nice and clean when we got there, and easy to maintain ourselves during our stay. Having plentry of cleaning supplies and the washer and dryer right in th unit allowed me to do our own weekly clean ups in no time at all. The condo is located on the lower floor of a 2 story complex. On occasion we heard others above walking around, but never heard loud music or talking. It is a quiet gated community. I didn't see any children about. Loved that we were quite close to the exercise room and pool. Although none of us used the pool, our guests did use the hot tub. It was a perk that there is a small mall with restaurants and take-out places just a couple minutes walk away -- handy for late night snacks! Also, a park across the street, where a lot of the neighbors gathered to watch the fireworks on New Year's Eve. After we left Vegas, Donald said he had a crew coming in to do some updates to the bathrooms and kitchen ( even replacing some of the appliances ). I did suggest as few things to them, such as updating some of the cookware, (since having a full kitchen is one of the perks of renting the condo instead of a hotel room). Donald thanked me for the suggestion and said that sounded like something he could include in his makeover. It will be interesting to see how they improve an already great vacation home! This place worked very well for our needs both in its layout, and location. We quickly felt quite at home and hope to be able to stay on our next trip to Vegas.

Nice place met all of my need, great location.

This location was excellent met my needs, my host was very responsive to answer questions. The place was the right location for me; I was able to get around very quickly with the car.

Clean and comfortable and safe!

We two enjoyed the quiet and comfortable stay here for 33 nights. One included parking spot and one handicap spot fit the bill. Terrific kitchen and appliances! Comfy beds! Good temperature control. Huge sofa and large dining table for office work. Extra storage in walk-in closet. High security for door and gate with clicker for gate. Easy exit to freeways 15 or 215. Good shopping and cheap gas at Smiths, only five minutes away. Condo neighbors all very nice and friendly. A very good choice for the price!

Great place

Enjoyed my stay in this well equipped clean and quiet appartment. Only a block and a half west of the Orleans casino on Tropicana ave this is a perfect base to explore Vegas. Donald was easy to contact, attentive and although I never had any issues in a month long stay,I'm confident they would've been dealt with. Don has many properties in Vegas and I'll definitely stay with him again.

Such a nice place!

This condo is very clean, well stocked, close to the strip, but far enough away you'd never know it was there. Nice pool and hot tub! We loved our stay here and would stay here again for sure.

Property is certainly located close to all the action of the strip.

Condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with everything needed for our stay. An extensive collection of DVD movies was available to view on the large screen TV. Easy parking and the pool and hot tub made for a very relaxing stay. Thank you Donald for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Decorated well, good location. Amenities were nice.

The pool and hot tub were closed for season - we were told they were available. Have owner confirm their availability if this is important to your stay. Don (owner) does respond quickly to questions even when we had them during the stay. The location was great from the strip. We rented a car and did several Uber trips at very reasonable rates.

Excellent location. Nice and clean condo.

Don was very attentive and checked in with me to make sure everything was ok. He had stocked the condo fully so we had everything we needed. I will definitely book this condo again for our next Vegas trip.

Very well maintained and decorated condo close to the strip and all conviences!

We had a wonderful stay at this Las Vegas property - this is a lovely home- very well decorated and immaculate. It was perfect for a family get-away and wedding event. Donald is fabulous and so accommodating! He was immediately available for the few questions we had. Definitely will use this property again when we are next in Las Vegas.
